The location was extremely convenient for us because of the parking and easy access to highway. It's about 7..8 min drive to Trento, we parked in zones there.. Hotel is very clean.. daily cleaning and change of towels. We had a wonderful sleep, one of the best ever in any hotel we traveled to. Room is so comfy and big bathroom as well. There is a balcony, it's kind of shared balcony but it didn't bothered us, we were out most of the time. Unfortunately, we haven't used the spa despite we paid for it :) Staff is really nice and friendly, thanks to all the staff at breakfast, too! I already miss a chocolate cake we ate every morning! You can find a supermarket in front of the hotel (closed on Sundays) I can recommend a restaurant Tipico in Trento, good selection of steaks and beer!

Breakfast was terrific, with good variety and tasty food. The beds were really comfy and clean. The shower was pleasant. Many young people working there were helpful and friendly, giving a good impression.

The balcony was shared with all the other rooms, and it was really unpleasant for us the idea that someone could enter/see inside. Also, we expected a better view of the mountains, I only saw at last that the location was not so lovely. The spa was kind of small, with not much space and my husband saw a couple... "interacting" in the sauna.

The location is a bit outside Trento. You need a bus to get to Trento, but the bus stop is near. Parking for the car is just in front. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Bonus points: even though I did not use it, they offer breakfast for €5. This is one of the rare hotels not over charging for breakfast.

When I stayed, there was a massive concert nearby. Not only did this complicate the way to get to the hotel, it also made it clear that the sound isolation is not the best. I could hear the noise. Fortunately the concert didn't last all night, and I'm sure that Trento doesn't have such concerts often.

The room was great. Location as well. Staff kind and super nice!

The restaurant wasn't the best value for the prices paid. Also, when u visit and pay a 4-star hotel, you expect more and u certainly don't expect that the swimming pool will be paid extra.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was squeaky clean! There is free parking, but it can be crowded at certain times of the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to have access to sauna and spa!

There was sometimes a lot of traffic in the parking lot.

The rooms were super cleaned and they even had dog mats, bowls, and treats waiting for our dogs! it was amazing. I thought that was so thoughtful!

The location is horrible and parking was not good! They should have a separate parking area for guests with no charge. The pillows were uncomfortable as well and the pool water was not warm.

Dinner was really delicious. We had half board included so we could choose 2 dishes from the menue (appetizer, primo piatto, secondo) and I took primo and secondo plus dessert. Breakfast was also excellent, they even had a juicer and you could make yourself juice from fresh fruit and veggies. Room was spacious.

Air conditioning in the morning smelled kinda bad, probably smells from the kitchen went through the ventilation. Also in the evening you can kinda hear people from other rooms through the ventilation or due to the really thin walls. In the morning truck is unloading groceries in the parking lot in front of the hotel and that produces lot of noice so no sleeping after 7:30 (in the room we were in). Hair dryer was super slow.

Your staff was welcoming, friendly courteous. We felt very comfortable. Your facility was like finding a gem during our travels. Breakfast was very elegantly presented, and fabulous value. Staff was attentive to our needs

A cosy hotel, at a fair distance from the motorway. Clean, high five to the person responsible for choosing mattresses - super confy and supportive for your back. Kind staff, good restaurant.

AC wasn't adjustable well enough to turn the ventilation power down to have a quiet night. And the room size was small, barely enough to go around the bed.

We really enjoyed the property. Georgia was an excellent host and assisted us with many wonderful tips for our trip. She especially did a fantastic job and we can’t thank her enough. I hope this information is shared with her!
