Very comfortable

I was disappointed to find the pool did not have stairs to make it easier to get into the pool. I have mobility issues which made it impossible to use the ladders in the pool. The chaise lounges were nice, problematic as well because they were too low to the ground to get in and out of. A regular type of beach chair would be a great addition to the pool area. As a result, I couldn’t use the pool at all. Handicapped access was completely lacking which was unfortunate. Additionally, grab bars in all the bathrooms would be a good addition. I did enjoy my stay and would recommend the hotel. I would just mention the above things in the event they might matter to someone else.

It's close to the airport, but taxis to there are very expensive. Room card is confusing.

A perfect location if you want to visit Venice. from the airport in Treviso to the hotel you can get there by bus very quickly and cheaply. a bus ticket costs 1.5 euros The bus stop in front of the hotel takes you directly to Venice. bus no. 8E then change at the end of the line with bus 4L. The exchange between bus no. 8E and 4L takes 3 minutes, so in total you will make 55 minutes to Venice. The cost of the ticket is also 1.5 euros (ticket valid for 100 minutes, during which time you can change as many lines as you want) When returning from Venice, you can also take the train that will take you to Treviso. The journey takes 31 minutes and costs 3.7 euros From the front of the hotel to the central area of ​​Treviso, 20 minutes on foot. by the way, Treviso is a great city with many tourist attractions.

Nice hotel not far from the centre .

No hot water , just a little warm which made it uncomfortable to shower . Also , keep your city tax receipt , they made me pay it twice . I paid it on arrival and then got asked to pay it again in the morning cause they had no record of it . Now I didn’t make a fuss cause it was 1.80 euros but I was more surprised to see that the receptionist in the morning didn’t believe I paid it the evening when I arrived . It was embarrassing

Big room, bath, clean, very comfortable, Netflix. Good restaurant. Great breakfast. Polite helpful staff. A short walk to the station.

We asked the staff to fix the safe for about 6 days before it was fixed. This meant we did not feel our documents and money were secure. the room had no information about the hotel or Treviso or Venice in the room. You had to ask staff about everything. We didn’t realize you could get room service, a cheese platter or chips at the bar, or a massage until we asked. We had to ask for a map of the town and guess where the hotel was on the map. There was one key for two people.

The bed was super comfortable and the TV was good with a great selection of channels. Located very close to Treviso airport which made our trip home the following day stress free especially with the late check out time 12pm. We didn't use the pool so we can't comment. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food, something for everyone. On site underground parking l I would have scored this hotel a 9 if it wasnt for the smell in the roon.

Our room stinked of cigarette smoke, we've never experienced this before in modern hotels. We waited an overly long time at the bar to get some water for the room.

I arrived on friday late afternoon,the swimming pool was closing at the time,saturday afternoon i tryed swimming pool again,it was closed,sunday it was closed whole day...In other hotels with swimming pool it was open almost all the time,here i couldn use it at all.This is only reason why i am not giving a hotel 9 or 10 this time,too bad

our stay started off not feeling a "4 star" hotel - we arrived Easter Sunday and didn't realise it would be really busy. When we arrived in the afternoon I asked if the bar and restaurant were open. The man at reception said yes, open now until 10:30pm. Great! We went to the room, and came down about 8pm and went to grab some dinner. After waiting a long time with stressed waiters rushing around in front of us (only about 3 of them, looking rushed off their feet including the manager who was also serving) we were told that a table for 2 might be an hour wait, and we were in front of a few other hungry, confused people. Now, I get a restaurant can be busy, but what would have been nice in a 4 star hotel is to be told "the restaurant is looking to be very busy tonight so can i make a reservation for you?". we then were told "maybe 30 minutes" for a table so we booked a table for then, and thought that's not too bad so went to have a drink while we wait, but the bar was shut. I asked reception and he said "oh that's because we are understaffed and they are working in the restaurant" - again, only a couple of hours before we asked and everything was fine and open. Just a stressful first evening. when we went into the restaurant (finally) it took a long time to be served, we sat down, no-one noticed and i ended up having to go find our own menu. finally ate after 9pm and fair to them, the food was delicious and the very stressed waiter was charming and lovely and made up for it. we went back 2 nights later when it was quiet, and again food was delicious and staff were friendly.

room was SO hot, set to minimum of 19C. i called reception and they said they don't have air conditioning but we can open our window. eventually they offered to turn it down manually so we got it to 15C, but still quite hot. Pool was lovely but you have to buy a €4 swimming cap, and take your own towel from the room.

Friendly staff, big room and bathroom. Fresh water and new sheets every day! Also there's a big supermarket next to the hotel, so you have options!

.Even though we payed for facilities(gym and pool) they we're closed due to something, but it would be nice to offer something in return, but.....

the staff were great especially in the restaurant. The location was good for both the train station and the town provided you don’t mind a walk of 20-30 minutes. there’s also a supermarket very nearby which is handy

last time we stayed we had a walk In shower but this time the shower was over the bath which is not my preference
