The closest beach next to the port was just perfect with exceptionally good access to water, as it is sheltered by the port. The beach has a restaurant and a bar. The pool area was great too. The view is simply precious. Every morning I had my coffee at the cafe with a breathtaking view in front of me. Friendly staff.

The beach looks much closer on the photo. The location is not recommended to anybody with walking difficulties. No cleaning during my stay, toiletries only for the first day, although I was getting plenty of towels. No kettle, forget about any kitchenette. The room was too smsll for this.

Our room was large with a large private terrace that overlooked the pool. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out. The pool area is well maintained and a comfortable place to relax. The breakfast was OK but the staff are great. If you have a car the location is perfect for exploring the area and we always went into Tropea which is nearby for dinner and to enjoy the nightlife. There are beaches galore.

The shower does not have a shelf so one has to put their soap and whatever down on the floor. Not well thought out. Also, the terrace faces directly into the sun in the evenings making it very hot and unpleasant. They could use an umbrella or some sort of covering. The kitchen is outdoors on the terrace which would be nice if there was some shade. Unfortunately there were no glasses in the kitchen, no toaster and no microwave or kettle. Needs some attention.

It was good experience. Room was big, light and clean. All necessary was in room. Terrace with kitchen was good. View was perfect on inner garden, swimming pool, sea and forest around. Hotel located out of center, so it was calm and quiet (suits for families and children). Staff was nice and helped us. Closest beach ~10 minutes by walk.

Location is pretty far from city center (30 minutes by walk), so you need a car or scooter. We rent a scooter from hotel, it was a good idea to explore Tropea and location around.

beautiful scenery and location, room was very clean. Staff where very helpful, facilities where amazing. location is a 20 minute walk from the town, so recommend to have a vehicle of some kind if this is a longer stay.

travailing from the train station was hard to find the property as maps sent us down a closed off road. so recommend getting transportation sorted before arrival

The place is very nice. Pool and breakfast was fantastic. Very nice stuff ready to help. Location is 5min by car and 15 min by walk from the centre and 5min walk from the beach. We will be back for sure.

Reception closes at 19:30pm which in my opinion it should be open 24hrs and Bar by the pool closes in the afternoon and there are no machines were you can buy snacks or drinks in hotel.

Beautiful location on a hill with a amazing view, on-site restaurant, beautiful swimming pool with the possibility of ordering drinks. Clean, comfortable house with its own garden and kitchen. The owner -Giuseppe was very helpful, for whom nothing is impossible.

Breakfast was great and warm. Beautiful setting outside for breakfast. Location was ideal with amazing views of sea and Tropea town. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Pool was wonderful and room was new and well appointed.

Pool, the view, personnel (they were all so polite). The apartment was perfect when travelling with kids. Small garden (fenced) was super!

If there would had been a washing machine it would had been perfect!

the pool the staff reacted well to a broken shower which was replaced with a couple of hours. whilst breakfast not included there was the opportunity to buy tea/coffee and croissants/cake

the room was very basic. we had to go for quadruple room as there didn’t appear to be an option for twin beds. we felt a kettle would be a good addition to the fridge that was there and a few more shampoo/shower gels.
