Very friendly staff welcoming and helpful Reception staff waiting staff really lovely and really helped us with parking etc well done

Not easy to access initially as a lot of parked cars and entrance not clear Poor WiFi and horrendous canvas pictures in room of old movie stars that made the room very uncomfortable to sleep in remove them !!!!

Location was great near the green park and the turtles. Great area to stay with the dog. By car you could easily reach the city area. Internet connection worked well for working. Nicely renovated building.

Room was clean but a bit like cave. Windows were so high you could not see out side.

Loved the location. Loved the staff. Loved the onsite parking. Great for couples. Lovely restaurant meals and wine selection. Breakfast was outstanding.

It would have been great to have basic supplies of tea/coffee/water/milk/sugar in the room. Especially given the late time of arrival and need to work in the room on occasion. Not life changing but would have been a big tick for us.

The staff was very kind and helpful , they offered us breakfast earlier than usual cause we had to check out earlier. It was clean and comfortable

Access was quite difficult after hours as instructions were not in English and we were trying to get in through the wrong door and there was no-one to contact to help. No air con in bedroom.

The staff were incredible and the room was huge with a kitchen in it and a lovely bathroom, felt like an apartment. Located in the middle of a park away from the noise of the city. Breakfast was a croissant and warm toasted ham and cheese sandwhich and tea. We met the chef during dinner service and had great wine

Breakfast was not bad. Location is a little far from city center, so hotel is very calm and fresh. Staffs were very kind and quick respose for any request. I wiil be there again next time visit to Turin.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the time we walked in the door Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We would highly recommend and hope we can return.

Lovely place, rooms are big and the beds were very large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly

The breakfast is very very basic - toasties, croissant and yoghurt. No fresh fruit or eggs of any kind.

It was great and a beautiful place, also the employees of the Hotel where very kind & servicefull. coffee and breakfast where also delicious! They where also very kind for our dog!!

At the room a basic fan would be nice because of the hot days. Futher was the room perfect!
