Very beautiful and calm place with a large room and very good breakfast!

We booked a double room and we asked for a baby crib (at booking page tells that it’s free). When we arrived, told us that if we want a baby crib we have to increase at our reservation the persons of the room from 2 to 3 and we will have the baby crib free of charge! The extra person at booking was 45€ extra! So, we decided to keep the baby in our bed. (Kindly reminder that our baby is 1 years old). So, the baby crib isn’t free of charge but 45€ extra! The same price with an adult!

I had an excellent stay here with family in late September for the first day of the Ryder Cup golf in nearby Marco Simone. The setting for the property is fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the excellent swimming pool as well. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the restaurant, which was fantastic. Food and wine was excellent, and great value also. Overall, an excellent and memorable few days. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, everything worked out very well for us.

We used this place as a half way stop over between Florence and Naples to break up the drive but we didn't want to leave. The place looks brand new. It was off season when we stayed so it felt like we had the whole place including the pool to ourselves. Staff are friendly. There is a restaurant on site which had delicious food and we had to do the full Italian menu including a couple bottles of wine! I would happily stay again for 3-4 days just to relax. The views from the property are amazing and show case the Tuscan landscapes well.

Nothing. We didn't leave the hotel because we were only there for one night so cannot comment on the surroundings/proximity to other attachtions.

My first 2 nights in Valmontone was at this beautiful and wonderful B&B! I had a spacious quiet room, and the bed was so comfortable. I love the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The restaurant was really nice with a great menu! I enjoyed a delicious & nutritious breakfast of champions and amazing Cappuccino each morning! The property is tranquil, relaxing with sweeping mountain views as the backdrop.

My short stay.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and we liked the easy access to the pool. The cleaning was done every day thoroughly. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner which is very convenient. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. The staff accommodated all the requests we had, even provided us with transportation to the train station to get to Rome.

We would have liked a western breakfast instead. You might have to use the car or walk a bit on the surroundings to get to the restaurant since it is very big.

Bucolic setting near a large city. Effort and money have clearly been put into the physical plant. Quirky to have dinner alongside the pool, but they are clearly focused on producing good cuisine and the dinner we had there was very well executed (though the wine list seemed to have been put together by a non wine person–no particular order, no indication of vintage).

While the breakfast was good on breads, cakes and yogurt, the fruits and typical meats and cheeses could have been more prevalent.

Exceptional place. Incredible staff kindness. Bed and pillow extremely comfortable. The size of the room (as well as of the bathroom) exceeded expectations. Great attention to clients' needs. High quality of the food prepared.

The air conditioning took some time to properly start. The Wi-fi connection is not working properly over the entire area of the property and the internet's speed is sufficient just to check the news or read your mails.

We are a family of 5. We stayed for 6 nights. Most guests stayed for a night or two so we got a good feel of the place. There are two locations - one near the reception and one further away. We stayed at the more distant location. The whole area is a very big piece of land, so lots of privacy. Each location has its own private swimming pool. It's a wonderful place to crash for a one-nigher. Even you plan to stay longer you'll find some fun activities. The staff is very professional. Everything is kept in tip-top shape. All problems during our stay where fixed immediately or very quickly. The feeling and vibes of the place is much higher-end than we anticipated. It curries a feeling of a fancy hotel much more then a country-side bnb room. The complex has its own little but friendly to kids swimming pool. The view is breath taking. The breakfast includes Italian traditional menu which means many freshly baked home-made pastries. Excellent coffee and fruits. The first morning the host keenly noticed we only drank coffee (since we prefer savory dishes). We where surprised and happy to find out there is a savory breakfast option (5 euro per person) which is also excellent. There is an evening restaurant (local cuisine) in premises that starts working at 20:00. The menu is plain. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Activities near by: Magic Land - if you buy tickets on the spot it cost more but you can enter the same consecutive day for free (so two for the price of one). Valmontone outlet is also great place to hangout for shopping lovers. We where happy to discover that the place offer many nice activities such as live shoes during the evening. Also not too far there are two lakes you can rent peddle boats in, some rope parks and many good restaurants very near. There are very friendly donkeys in a large fenced area. My kids really enjoined feeding them. We also spotted wild bores, foxes and the occasional cat.

I can't really complain since we knew from the start but - the rooms are very functional and rather small. There is no kitchen, and if you stay at the further room you'll need a car to get to the restaurant area. (and still this place is highly recommended)

Been in Italy for 3 weeks. This is the first place they had comfortable beds (not too hard)! Beautiful farm at the top of a hill, with great panoramic mountain views. The grass field by the pool area (which also has a bar) is almost in perfect condition and of course better than sandy and dirty beaches. A great escape to the country side after visiting touristy places the days before (for us Capri and Pompei). Guess it would be the same after a day visit to Rome (theres trains from the city where the hotel is located, maybe the hotel personal can arrange cheap transport to the train station?). The restaurant was also good. Had a great carpaccio and ragu with mushrooms and truffle. The breakfast was good. We from Sweden like to have a piece of bread with maybe ham and slices of tomatoes though. Even better if there were scrambled eggs and bacon. Really good and friendly service! The rooms are newly renovated and very spacious and clean.

Not far from Rome this lovely facility is in a quiet rural setting. Everything was better than we expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and lovely big bathroom. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The pool in a lovely setting. We had a great stay.

The play list in the dining room was repetitive.
