I have stayed in different places all over Europe but the staff here are unmatched. they could not have been nicer. They were so helpful and no request was too much. There were vending machines with water for 50 cent a bottle so it was ideal. The room was huge and so clean with air con and all necessary facilities. It’s a little trek from the centre but the bus goes from across the street and only takes 10 mins to get into the centre. Breakfast was actually so nice, I was surprised. Lovely pancakes and croissants etc. The girl working on breakfast was also really friendly. We actually needed change for the vending machine one evening and the security guard actually went out to his car to get his wallet to see if he had change as the till was closed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Clean and comfortable, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Private parking is available by reservation, providing a secure spot at a reasonable price. The breakfast is simple but sufficient to start your day.

Nearly impossible to shower without water spreading all over the bathroom floor. The shower door didn’t close properly, and there is no basin to contain the water. The shower drain hadn’t been cleaned, making it even harder to keep the water from spreading all over the bathroom floor.

It has an internal parking for an extracost of 10 euros per night. The breakfast is really good for this type of facility, which is not like your ordinary hotel, more like a hostel look a like. The rooms were big, with a nice bathroom and limited AC. The people in this facility are very nice.

The furniture is made of this brown PAL that is a bit outdated in regards to what other facilitys are offering. The bed mattreses were a bit hard, with memory foam pillows. You can hear what other peoples are talking in the room next to you. A little bit expensive for what it is offering

Wonderfull staff...very quiet..comfortable room good italian breakfast ( lots and lots of sweets but cheese and ham were available).

It is far from the citycenter...there are lots of buses but if u go to the opera that might lead to some organizing as buses after midnight hardly run and walking is not really an option as the route is along a highway and thrgh an industrial area.

Accommodation very clean and beds comfy and staff couldn't be more helpful. Area is fine, no problems whatsover and a short 10 to 15 min walk to the station

TV reception was very poor and a lack of channels. Satellite on the blink. Do not let this stop you from staying here. It may just have been my room. Breakfast was limited, it was enough though, although a little more choice would have been nice.

Excellent staff. All were very friendly and very helpful. We arrived early, so they did their best to get our room ready and allowed us in by midday. We stayed in a quadruple room which was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Lovely continental breakfast. The hotel is just a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre and the bus stop is just opposite the hotel. Good information given regarding the buses from the lovely lady on reception who spoke very good English. One night stay to explore Verona before heading to lake garda. Great value for money, would highly recommend it.

Nothing really to dislike.

Very nice place, large room, large bathroom. Very cozy feeling.

Shower gel is available only in these tiny slips, and only 2 per day are available for 2 people. The mattress, while comfortable, is a spring mattress, and you can feel some of the springs. The breakfast is not that varied, nevertheless you don't leave hungry.

Big room, good air con, very clean, good breakfast

It was a little far from the centre of town, a 40 minute walk and not through streets easy to navigate or that you would feel safe walking at night. There was a reasonably good bus service though and tickets available onboard or in Tobacco shops

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, excellent price-service ratio. All thanks to the girl at the reception.

The city transport that connects the center and the hotel is disastrous. They do not follow the timetable, only one bus goes directly to the city

It was a really good location, close to the centrum, but outside ZTL. The staff was really kind especially Sara, who answered to all our questions quickly and helped us with everything. I accidently left my ipad charger in the room after checking out without even noticing and she even sent us a message so we could pick it up. Parking was free on the street. We had a really good sleep and wonderful stay. Thank you!
