Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the hotel was quiet during our stay and was decorated tastefully; the view and the location was perfect. It was very close to the train station and there's a bus stop right next to it too. The beach I visited was Lido Da Vittorio and is just roughly 18 mins walk away.There was also a corner store next to the hotel where you can basically get anything: travel essensials, stationary, make ups, umbrellas, even kitchenary and party props. The breakfast there was extremely good, they provided different cheese everyday and different bake goods and sweets, fruits are cool and refreshing, food selections are well enough for different preferences as well. The restaurant where they served breakfast also do dinner and you can get 15%o off as a hotel guest. Great value!

The room I booked was a bit crowded. There's no kettle for us to boil some water (which I understand not every places do) but we couldn't get any water besides buying some outside/ refilling during breakfast, which was a bit inconvient.

The property has a beautiful design and entrance as well as amazing service! We been traveling the Italy for the past week and this was one of our favorite accommodation! And we won’t forget to mention it has gorgeous views over the sea and the small village itself. We would absolutely recommend this little hotel to all travelers who needs a comfortable, safe and affordable (compared to others) stay.

The included breakfast looked great but both of us had problem with our stomach afterwards. Luckily it didn’t last too long so we were fine in couple of hours.

The location was great, being close to the train station made it easy to get around. The breakfast was nice with lots of different choices each day. Our kids looked forward to seeing Luigi in the breakfast room each morning. The rooms are cleaned daily. Any additional requests were met.

The rooms are a little small but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel, when we did, there was a lovely terrace on the second floor where we could relax.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel during my stay in Italy. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel's convenient location near the bus station made it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the option for affordable parking was a great benefit. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the amazing breakfast that was served each morning. I highly recommend the Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Italy.

This was my second visit to the hotel. The location and facilities are great. We had a lovely sea facing room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are all friendly. Delicious breakfast and the charming maitre D welcomed us and made sure that the buffet was well stocked.

The coffee was from a push button machine and wasn’t up to standard. Such a shame as the rest of the breakfast was of a high standard. Wi-Fi was intermittent but not an issue for us as we were on holiday.

If you look for a place to stay for your Amalfi vacation look no further. Astoria in Vico Equence has everything on you checklist. * Great location - check - located on northern part of penisula it is easy to reach from Napoli airport and is in the middle between all the places you want to visit (Napoli, Pompeii, Vesuvio, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and many more) * Views - check - o don't know how will eat breakfast without view on majestic Vesuvius * Service - double check - the service is outstanding, very very helpful and bending over backwards to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I could write a ton about how approachable and nice they're but to make my review a bit shorter I'd just say the level of service we got in Astoria will be a reference point for all my future endeavours * Clean - check; Great food - check; i can go like this forever, But it will take you previous time. Precious cause this hotel has only few rooms and whilst you're reading this someone has started booking the last few left

Rooms could be better noise isolated

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our European holiday. The staff were lovely, the room was spotless and the location was perfect being right next to the train station. The views from the terrace were beautiful! The food at the associated restaurant was some of the best we had during our time in Italy.

The wifi could do with some improvement but otherwise no complaints!

Conveniently located next to the train station. Staff were very friendly. Especially, the helpful gentleman who served in the breakfast area and manned the front desk at night. The provided breakfast was exceptional in terms of quality and quantity. The cafe has a nice view. There is also a deck which allowed guests to enjoy a beautiful scenery of the surrounding areas and Mount Vesuvius across the bay. The room was clean and comfortable.

The plumbing in the bathroom were a bit dated. Water pressure was a tad on low side. However, overall acceptable.

We loved the beautiful seaview from our window - we stayed in a deluxe Seaview room. The breakfast was included, and was so nice we dined for dinner both nights at the restaurant. So clean and aesthetically pleasing. The service offered in the restaurant was incredible with a lovely gentleman bringing us coffee and always asking if everything was ok. Exceptional, I haven’t received this kind of service since I stayed at the Carlyle in New York City! a lovely boutique hotel who takes pride in their business. So central and close to the train station for travel to Sorrento. Thank you!

Even a lovely outdoor terrace for everyone to use was good!

We chose the Astoria as our base for exploring the Naples Bay area (Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Capri, Vesuvius etc) and we couldn't have chosen better. Vico Equense was a lovely little town, and the hotel was right next to the train station, so easy to get around. The staff were really friendly (especially the older gentleman in charge of the restaurant :), the breakfast was fine and there was parking behind the hotel for 10 Euro a day which is fair. Our room had a view across the terrace to the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius.

Honestly........nothing. We would stay at the Astoria again with pleasure.
