Very nice and helpful staff, great contact already at the booking stage when we needed a late check-in at 11 p.m. Large apartment with a kitchenette, balcony, large bedroom and bathroom (all as described). The kitchen is equipped with the most important things, the only thing missing is an electric kettle, a microwave or a frying pan. There is a supermarket right next to the residence equipped with everything you need, including accessories for the swimming pool and beach. The facility's swimming pool is large, clean and guarded by a lifeguard. There are sun loungers with umbrellas around the pool. The facility is fenced, with plenty of parking spaces. 10 minutes by car to the beach, we recommend spiaggia di Porto Giunco and spiaggia Punta Molentis. 10-15 minutes' walk to the town center, but 2-3 minutes away from the facility you can find very good restaurants.

Location, Location Location, Serious Super Markets next door (2 of them no small real ones). Excellent croissant and coffee in the reception coffee shop. 7 minutes drives to many excellent beaches (Simius, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentas, Columbus, Punto Lungo and more, Porta Ruxi. Walking distance to main strip with many bars hotels resto. In Sardinia need to book in advance resto's very strict. Amazing pool. large and clean over looking the mountains

WIFI only works in common areas - this should be an easy fix, not sure why we don't correct

We love this place. My mam sister and I have come here before and it's always such a pleasure staying here. The rooms are self sufficient and have everything, the bedrooms are really comfortable not to mention how amazing the staff are. They're all such lovely people.

The only issue I have is there is no WiFi in the rooms. While it's good in a way to be offline for a while I'd love to stay here and work from here some time but it's not yet a possibility.

Really loved the pool area,the bbq area and the convenience of a short walk in to town.Also having the supermarket so close was so convenient.

We are not sure if this is normal but our apartment was never cleaned.We were left fresh sheets for the 2nd week on the kitchen table with a laundry bag which we left outside the door for collection.This may be normal procedure but this is the first time we have hired an apartment.We also felt that the kitchen could have had a few more essential cookware like baking trays to be able to use the oven…we bought some foil ones from the supermarket below but we think some would be useful for future rentals.

Lifeguard, seemed more interested in guarding the pool than the swimmers. Always on the phone. Pool was a little cold but it is October.

very nice & friendly staff. They speak excellent English. The whole infrastructure is nice (Pool, BBQ-area, washing-machines) ca. 10 min. walk to the city-center.

AC is not clever installed (situated in the kitchen). It gets very cold near the children´s bed and nor cold in the sleeping-room of the parents Would be better, if there were 2 AC-devices in 2 rooms. Some small detail - ITALY, the country of the best wines in Europa.....but no wine-glasses in the kitchen. Here, the management saves money at the wrong place ! In general kitchen-equipment is bad (no enough pans, no sharp knives)

Very friendly staff, clean pool. Caffeteria downstairs, supermarket close, easy parking. Washing maschine was helpfull 😉 walking distance to city center.

Very small balcony, we could not squeeze in. Surprisingly, the location does not have any garden. Nothing green around the house.

we’ve booked an apart hotel. The areas are big, so you’ll have plenty of space for the luggage, to cook and to relax. Pool is great for most tiring days and the residence is located just above and next to two supermarkets.

The floor felt like it wasn’t washed. It wasn’t dirty on the first look however on barefoot you could feel (and see in your feet) the dust. Of course I realized this upon our arrival, before we went to the beach or bring any dust to the apartment. The shower is too tight. I’m tall and I could barely bend to wash my feet. Forget about showers with your partner 😂 definitely won’t fit.

The apartment was clean,spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The washing machine was an added bonus. Also having bikes free of charge was fantastic.

The pool was quiet and not ideal for younger children who want to play and have fun.

Loved the staff, the care, the amenities. We had a few rainy and windy days in May and we totally enjoyed the bbq area, the grocery stores nearby, the walks to Villasimius and the comfort of the flat with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchen corner and 3 balconies to fully enjoy the outside too. We’ll definitely come back one day! Strongly recommended to families with kids.
