The building and most of all the garden are beatiful and peaceful: perfect to chill. All the staff (especially Alessandra) is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is incredible: the food, both savoury and sweet (as the cakes and the pies), was delicious and they also paid attention to my gluten intolerance.

It's hard to find somenthing I didn't like, so I will just say two things: our room was a little small, so next time I will try to book a bigger one if available; there is no restaurant, so only breakfast is available, but the place is so beautiful and the staff is so nice that it's a shame, because I would have really enjoyed a dinner in that garden!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. Alessandra is an amazing host-welcoming, friendly and always responsive. The house itself is charming, with a lovely garden that offers a peaceful place to relax. The location is perfect, close to the mountains, which made for breathtaking views. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety to choose from, including the most delightful homemade cakes. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, cozy and memorable escape.

The property is absolutely stunning and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are also clean and well maintained. Most important, though, is Alessandra. I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my family and she made us all feel at home! She even baked a wonderful birthday cake for me and decorated a table for breakfast. She is an incredible woman and very thoughtful with all her guests, making sure everyone is happy. It was an unforgettable birthday in beautiful Sardinia :)

Very helpfull with recommendations like restaurants, renting boat, taxi, etc. Also gluten free and lactose free breakfast options. The whole place also with so nice scent all over the place. My wife and I have had a wonderful 5 nights stay at S´Arenada Hotel. Its a great family run place to relax in gorgeous gardening surroundings, to enjoy extraordinary breakfast with delicious selfmade cakes (also gluten free) and its a great location to drive to various stunning beaches close by for the day. We definitively come back one day.

A wonderful place to stay! Alessandra and her team were lovely and incredibly helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. She even went out of her way to bake us a (delicious) vegan cake and provide other vegan options at breakfast, which was hugely appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of homemade treats and fresh produce. The building and the grounds are absolutely beautiful, and make a lovely place to relax in - lots of lush greenery and a lovely garden area. It's located just outside Villasimius so you avoid the hustle and bustle and have plenty of peace and quiet, but the town is also close by when you need it (there are also regular shuttle buses to and from Villasimius from directly outside the hotel). There are also beautiful beaches very nearby, and great restaurants and a wine bar/producer just over the road. The rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the balcony we had was fantastic, as it got plenty of sun and had views of the mountains. Cannot recommend this place enough, thank you Alessandra!

We had an amazing stay! The house is stunning, with incredible attention to detail, and everything feels perfectly in place. The breakfast is amazing and Alessandra is wonderful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect home in Villasimius.

Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a lovely little patio. The property is a little ways out of town but if you have a car it shouldn’t be an issue. There was a nice breakfast buffet with savory and sweet options. Alessandra was charming and helpful.

Room very clean and spacious. Great location, only 5 minute drive to town and around 10/15 minutes drive to the fantastic beaches. The best breakfast we had on our trip. Very welcoming and friendly staff with great recommendations.
