Location of the property is excellent, the building very interesting and with lots of charm, lovely garden to relax in after a long sightseeing tour. Everything of interest very close by. Parking was easy and safe.

The family was very busy at the time of our stay and we felt a bit in the way!?? Twice breakfast was not ready and the croissants arrived when we had finished. Fruit out of tins. The room is quite minimalistic, big, but no comfortable seating apart of the bed. No water at arrival? A small gesture with means a lot after a long journey

We loved everything, the location, the beautifully renovated old house, the architecture, the interior decoration, the garden with a magnificent view, the two lovely dogs and the cute little cat, the friendly owners and of course the medieval town of Viterbo! Great value for your money!

This is really picky, but maybe something salty at the breakfast would be nice. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the freshly baked Danish and cornettos - we northern people are used to bread, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, bacon etc. Coffee and cappuccino were great and served with a smile, though.

This b&b has an idyllic location with magnificent views from every room.......including the bathroom! Breakfast is genuine and abundant with a tastefully restrained ambience overlooking a beautiful square with the table set with antique linen. It is eco-friendly in its tasteful decoration, which is sophisticated, yet relaxed with different tones of grey and white. The hospitality of the hosts was warm and impeccable from start to end.....can't wait to return and see more sites around Viterbo.

Excellent experience! B&B expertly remodeled from old historic building located on a picturesque piazza. Owner Valeria is friendly and welcoming. She ran my heavy suitcase up the stairs in a flash! Husband Raffaele, a noted architect, created the B& B rooms and breakfast area with custom furnishings and thoughtful details- our room had soft lighting in the shower for safe nighttime access to the bathroom and a clever luggage trolley under the large bed for easy access to my open suitcase. My husbands suitcase opened in the corner cupboard that also had hanging space Our room. #2, had a large arched window affording beautiful views of the garden and architectural landmarks beyond. The ground floor breakfast room faced the piazza’s working fountain. We watched locals retrieve water and birds refreshing themselves. At night the piazza came alive with local families, kids playing and people dining. All got quiet ultimately and we slept like logs! Enjoy fresh pastries, cereal, fruits at breakfast- I especially enjoyed the chocolate covered hazel nuts! Excellent cappuccino!!! Easy to explore Viterbo from here on foot. We divided the town into north and south. Easy walk from Train Station stop Porta Romana, entering the historic center through the Porta Romana gate opening in the massive stone walls.

Located in the city center at the beautiful piazza del Gesu, it's an exquisite sophisticated place with charming rooms, magnificent garden and a pool. Every detail is curated and is a work of art. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, thank you Valeria and Marianna. We fell in love with this place, with Cesare, Tilly & the lady cat!

Don’t miss this stay! I cannot say enough about our night in Viterbo! This is a beautiful spot….the owner and architect spent time with us explaining all he did to bring this incredible property to its current state. Our room had a view that literally looked like a postcard! I loved the attention to design and detail. Our room was so nice and comfortable. the location was perfect…on the square with a cute Bar and next to the Church which we loved to visit and even went to a piano concert that night. All in all…this was the best B & B we stayed at during our backpacking along the Via Francigena. If you stay there be sure and have the host tell you all about his history with the city of Viterbo….so interesting. I’d love to go back sometime.

Nothing—— it was awesome!

In the center of the city, in a square with a church and terraces. Very nice medieval house, with garden and pool. We were in the room on the top floor, with a huge window overlooking the square. It is very spacious, with a large bed, a dining table, and a classic bathtub. Very good shower. Free parking in the garden.

It`s a medieval house and there haven`t elevator. Small bathroom. Sufficient breakfast but not very careful. They don`t report what to see in the city, although they recommend restaurants.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The views from our window were magical and we loved having breakfast looking nto the old sqare with the fountain. The host was very helpful and the location excellent.

The hosts were very nice. We arrived by bike and could store them without any problem in the backyard. The accomodation is right on the Piazza del Gesu and you wouldn't expect such a beautiful garden behind (including a nice pool). The hosts have two big cute dogs. He is an architect, so everything is really beautifully designed. The breakfast was good (almond milk, nuts, granola etc.). The place was really magical and I would go back there anytime when in Viterbo !
