The room was far bigger than I thought it would be. Did not expect the small kitchen, which was lovely for the morning. The breakfast provided was wonderful. Great location and made it easy to get around the city.

Breakfast selections was great with something for every taste and diet. Location was awesome, close to the highway, in the same are with shops and grocery store.

Front desk staff was not there most of the time.

The breakfast was pretty similar to other hotels. I didn't really get a whole lot I was there for a convention so it was pretty crowded.

My friends went to go use the hot tub and they said the water was warm.

We travel with 3 kids under 3 (twins) for medical appointments. It's perfect to let the kids rest up the day before appointment. The fully stocked kitchen in the suite is amazing for our needs.

Would love to have the "happy hour" of drinks and dinner available M-Th. That's my only suggestion. While there is door dash and restaurants close by, that is an added bonus for families coming out for expensive medical appointments.

There was a small issue with the heating/cooling unit in one of the rooms that was probably connected to the frigid cold temperatures. Staff was made aware of the concern and I'm confident will address the concern.

This area was SO nice. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Huge room. Wish we could have stayed longer than 11pm-8am. So close to I-80.

Parking was a little bit of a walk at night. But the area was super safe.

Great location if you have a car, a very nice area and near restaurants, gas stations, mall and the freeway. Free parking. The suite is very comfortable for three adults. One for 3 adult children and one for my mother, sister and I. Two TVs, good internet, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Good breakfast. Great service. Everyone is very very nice.

I booked through booking.com and received an email with the amount I would be charged, but the the amount I was charged on my credit card differed from that amount. I was told at check out that the manager would call me to solve the situation but I never received the call. I am from Chile so I don’t have a US phone. Maybe that is why. They could send me an email, but it hasn’t happened yet so I still have to deal with the situation, call booking To complain I guess.

The parking was weird and front desk didn’t tell us what to do and we had to call and ask and they were short with us about it.
