I loved the stairs in the lobby that led to the 2nd floor it made for quick access since the elevator was a little slow and it was charming

The room had an ac control on the wall but it didn’t seem to actually control the heat and air so you had to use the old fashioned controls on the unit and it made it difficult to the right temperature in the room

The location was across from a casino which gave us food options since the local area was not the best and had very little restaurant options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was clean and you could smell that it had been wiped down. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It’s one of the closest hotel to the casino. It’s older but it was clean, the bed was soft, and it felt safe. Pine Bluff doesn’t have the best reputation but the hotel seemed fine.

It’s older. The door was really hard to open. It didn’t seem to fit into the frame correctly and I had trouble getting the security locks to work bc again, the door just didn’t seem to fit correctly in the frame.

the handy cap room being on the first floor, walk in shower excellent including shower chair. plenty of room.

the waffle machine was broken. not a lot to choose from.

Property was fine, clean and comfortable. The woman at check in was rude and grumpy and not helpful with our questions.

Parking was challenging with a uhaul trailer

The breakfast was substantial. The laundry facility was a bonus. The location was close to a lovely nature area with a golf course and walking trail. Staff were excellent.

good location. clean comfortable place to stay. and the breakfast was exceptional. my husband was impressed with the potato’s having peppers and onions delicious and crispy bacon. highly recommend this place.

Bathroom and ceiling could use some maintenance.

It was quiet definitely the best, of the options in the area. The multiple Entrances was a plus. No drug activity to be seen always a plus. Breakfast was Excellent we didn’t expect much but it delivered. Very friendly staff very professional.

My Fiancé was concerned about the side doors being open during the day time but was ok when she realized they locked them at night. Need more snacks.

This Motel was the cleanest, friendliest, most comfortable motel I ever stayed in in 60 years on the road. And Breakfast was great! So much better than the other motels Ive stayed at.I actually went out of my route and stayed here again. Plan on being in that area in a month and will definitely plan on staying here again.
