The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Room was clean and very comfortable. The property is well located just off the Interstate 10 with a Black Bear Diner on the property and lots of “big box” shopping areas within a block. We have a small dog and room 177 was perfectly located close to the dog area and parking. From our experience, this property should be rated higher.

Convenient to fwy; many restaurants nearby; daily breakfast, quiet room; excellent breakfast room staff

Breakfast lacked variety, no meat, no hot entrees other than waffles. Maid service for 6 night stay was unclear. Television screen seemed quite small, connection was spotty. Both bed frames were mismatched with mattresses and had protruding parts that were constantly being awkward.

Anytime I'm in Arizona I enjoy staying at the quality inn

The only issue I had on that stay at quality inn was the toilet seat was broken it was missing one screw so the seat was hard to maneuver especially that I'm disabled Also the pool was not in service it was a disgusting green girl at front desk try to explain that they used too much chemicals and pool didn't know when it would be resolved so we were disappointed we couldn't take a swim in the heat especially coming from California but hopefully in our next visit everything will be in working condition

Breakfast for us was coffee. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, we've used the same room 3 weekends (purchasing home) and they were able to accommodate us with the same room, for pets and handicap.

Ice machine could be placed closer to the end section of the hotel but understand people would use it to fill up their coolers.

The beds are comfy Staff was great. Food is the REAL HOT BREAKFAST.

Staff had a little mix-up on rooms. Our room got booked out twice. I ordered my room months in advance due to it being for a massive concert. But the staff straightened it out with no issues or concerns after we arrived.

This is an older hotel, but has beautiful grounds. Barely off the freeway, it is very quiet and lovely. In total our family had 3 rooms and everyone was happy with the rooms and the outdoor space. The pool area was relaxing. There is a diner-style restaurant in the same parking lot, fast food next door and a small sports bar on the property. The room was large and had good seating. Seemed to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom and va it space was all very nice. .

Not much to complain about. The breakfast was convenient with continental breakfast offerings; however, the breakfast sandwiches that were available were probably the only thing that we found disappointing. Everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay. I think it was during spring training, so the rooms were abnormally high priced....but so are all hotels in the Phoenix area during this time.

Rooms was clean and had bright white towels floors and beds was neat and clean,tv had plenty of channels bathroom tub was clean also the toilet smelled clean as it looked,microwave and Mimi fridge was spotless

The stay was awesome..always quiet and pleasant..the breakfast is so good ..Hoping you guys can get bagles that would be good with the continental breakfast..that would be good to..but we really enjoy our stay every time we have stayed there 2 times so far and that will be our hotel when we visit our children 😊 😀

Location and your staff. .

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Waffles were the only warm option. And the was cereal. I could have saved a lot of money staying at a Motel 6 and buying breakfast at IHOP, Denny's or the Waffle House... one of each was just a few feet from your location.

Didn’t provide us with WiFi password, room could be cleaner specially the floor, better mattress and pillows.
