I loved the room, AC worked perfectly-Had no issues with a late-night check-in. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and well-kept. Doubl-room was probably the biggest we have stayed in. Definitely will be staying again!

Breakfast was mediocre, The sandwiches were rock-hard. The biscuits and gravy were decent. Would prefer more options but overall wasn't bad few minor upgrades needed

Easy check in and check out, indoor and outdoor pools - including a kiddie pool, which was cool! Comfy beds, bathroom was good. Close to the airport, too! The ONLY thing that could have improved our stay was maybe breakfast starting half hour earlier so we could have grabbed something on our way out for an early flight.

This was just a place to put my (exhausted) head on a 700-mile road trip that I couldn't complete in one day. The bed was VERY welcome and comfortable.

The staff was very efficient but hardly friendly at all. Got the job done (very well) but there wasn't much of a sense of hospitality. Didn't stay for breakfast.

The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was good. The location was great, just five minutes from our son's house. It also was well located for restaurants, basic shopping and fast food.

The bathroom was pretty dirty around the edges of the floor and on the top surfaces of the backsplash. I dampened a kleenex to clean the backsplash and it was black with grime after just cleaning one of the three sides. The mattress was not very comfortable. It was especially bumpy on one side.

We have stayed at a lot of different hotels in the Champaign area and the Paradise Inn has the friendliest staff. Every staff member was smiling and helpful compared to other hotels where they were just go through the motions. The pool was well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They allowed our dog which is a bonus!

I don’t hold this as a shortcoming, but it would have been nice if the the hotel had generator power backup. A bad storm knocked out power in the whole area the second day of our two nights stay.

Breakfast was just fine. A good way to deal with Covid-19 by having everything ready to pick up and go or sit wisely apart. I did not learn until after I arrived that my granddaughter works right next door in a massage business. I live in Peoria Arizona and had no idea just where she works. What a pleasant surprise. I did visit her at her house and at her place of business. I also liked the idea of no linen service unless you actually need something.

Loved the hotel. It was super comfortable and clean. Everyone there was professional and friendly! Breakfast was good and very clean.

Hot tub wasn't really hot enough and jets didn't hit your back too great. A bit off of Hwy 57 but the short drive was well worth it !

Breakfast choices were great...lots of variety. Quiet. Front desk staff was very helpful and gracious.

Housekeeping was not available on daily basis (remove trash/refresh towels), although we could ask for towels and we removed trash ourselves.

Nice staff with efficient check in process. The room and bathroom were clean and up to date. The bed and pillow were comfortable. And, apart from the famous late night freight trains that rumble through, it was a quiet night.

Breakfast. Hot items were tasteless.
