I like that the property is close to many restaurants and bars in the area. I really like that I feel safe and that the rooms are very clean. I also like the breakfast that is offered every morning making it convenient & also helping us to save a little money.

I don’t like that the pillows are terribly uncomfortable but I spoke to one of the housekeepers and she was so sweet and gave me pillows that were of better quality and much more comfortable. I did NOT like that the parking is no longer free. There is a $12 fee per night now.

There cleaning fantastic 5 stars housekeeping department and management and supervisor from that they doing a pretty nice job I stay probably 2 years and I love it that’s why I came again to this location and I will keep going the sheets of the bed smell odor clean no like other hotels that smell bad bathroom 5 stars everything excellent I wan to go again front desk staff very friendly and it was one beautiful woman in the morning I think she has office next to the elevator when I saw her in the morning checking out I saw her she make day 🥰when I ask for my deposit she told that she want to go shopping that day I was busy with a lot of work but next I will go shopping and marry with her because she is my dream girl thank guys excellent job 👏🫶(SECURITY😉😊)

We always stay at this Comfort Inn when we need to make a quick trip to LA. Love the area it’s located in as there are many places to walk to and explore. The hotel is always clean, easy to get to, and has parking. And it comes with breakfast!

During this stay, we were in a different part of the hotel than usual, and unfortunately, the room shook with anyone walking down the hallway or buses/trucks passing by. There were also some rowdy guests which is thru no fault of the hotel. We didn’t get a wink of sleep during this stay. Won’t deter from us staying here again though!

We felt very safe, it was super clean. We loved that the vehicle was in a locked garage. Very close to so many attractions. Would have liked more pastries or croissants for breakfast. Fantastic AC Unit, very large room. We loved our stay. Quiet, even on the busy street.

1. We traveled from San Diego and were denied an early 2pm check in. We thought that being only an hour would not make a difference to them but they did not allow it. 2. The pillows are really bad and uncomfortable. First, they were about 15 x15" and very lumpy, hard in some spots making sleep not very restful.

Great value - good price for room. Everything updated and very clean, great serve yourself breakfast with lots of choices, good location w/ short drives to a lot of LA tourist destinations like La Brea tar pits, museums,etc… Restaurants, a nice book shop and ice cream store within a short walk too.

We liked the hotel just fine. We liked the neighborhood but if walking some folks might find parts of it a little seedy but if you keep walking along Sunset east or west it gets nicer.

For the price of this hotel, I think it was good value for money. The bed was comfy, room was big, and breakfast included. I have a pretty high standard of cleanliness and found the hotel to be one of the most immaculately clean places I have ever stayed. Honestly, the cleaners here do an amazing job

I was on level 2, and it was a little noisy with the people above stomping around. Seems noise travels quite easily through the floors

Clean, quiet & not run down or anything shady going on outside or inside the hotel. They have underground parking only $12 a night. Cameras on every floor around each corner which helped me feel safer. Breakfast was good.

Pillows were not comfortable. I usually bring my own but forgot it. All housekeepers wouldn’t smile. Or during breakfast you say excuse me and it’s a bother for them, but they bump or squeeze between you or just stare until you move. Not sure if they all had a bad day but they were not happy.

Wow - I've stayed at many hotels from 1 star to 5 star hotels. Not sure what this was rated, but I'd give it a solid 3 stars. If it had a pool and a gym and free parking, I'd rate it even higher. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. They were quite responsive to our requests to clean room 2x while we stayed there 5 nights. We needed extra towels each day and this was not a problem for them. Everything was super clean. The room was immaculate and quite large. Was surprised to see a combo bathtub/shower as most hotels have ditched bathtubs. The TV worked well as did the Internet.

A couple of petpeeves: 1) Every 24 hours, you have to get your keys renewed. If you don't, you're locked out of garage and room. We just did this when we went to breakfast. Have no clue why they do this rigamarole with the keys. 2) The Internet kept prompting me over and over and over again to sign in. I would think it would only renew at the earliest 24 hours. It seemed like I had to renew it every 3-4 hours. 3) I'm allergic to milk, so I was quite disappointed they didn't have any options for me for coffee or cereal. I recommend they get Oat Milk in the future.

For January 11-14th, 2023: The room, lobby, and breakfast areas were very clean. The tap water tasted GOOD, to my surprise, so having a microwave oven and coffee set in the room is very convenient. Also, the breakfast bar was better than I'd expected of a "grap n go", as there were hot scrambled eggs and sausages available as well as a waffle maker and fixings and a refrigerator stocked with yogurt and butter. In addition, the two gentlemen who worked at the desk in the late afternoon-evening were very pleasant and helpful. (I regret that I don't recall their names.)

The woman who worked at the desk in the morning/afternoon on Jan. 12th or 13th, 2023, was not pleasant at all when I asked two or three questions about restaurants in the vicinity. Even though I was polite, she behaved as though I shouldn't ask any questions and just brusquely told me to "google it" and looked back at the computer screen or whatever she was doing behind the glass partition. (I regret I didn't catch her name.)

Staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The parking wans't free as mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast is poor. I missed fruits, wheat (and healthy!) breads and vegetable milk. If you want to eat healthy, you need to bring your own food.
