It was cozy

Charging 15 dollars for parking is excessive. I read through the questions on booking.com and the hotel clearly answered a question from a previous person who asked if they charged for parking and the person who replied on behalf of the hotel said “parking is complimentary for guest” clearly the 15 dollars charged on my credit card per day says otherwise…

The staff is amazing and always helpful. The breakfast is always great too. 🥰

The day I was checking out my boyfriend and I were having breakfast and a woman , who was not a guest, tried to get something to eat. A staff member saw her looking in my direction and she sent a man, another staff member, to ask my boyfriend and I if we were guests but he didn't ask any of the other guests that were eating too. I felt insulted and told the man he shouldn't be so quick to judge He really upset me because I had spent almost $1000 during the stay. That was some bull$#!+. When I did check out I saw that man and he completely ignored me. I feel he owes me an apology.

Rooms are appointed with a kitchenette for access to store food and cook simple things. There is also a dishwasher inside the room. Ample of hot water. I really liked the receptionists and staff. Very welcoming and friendly and will go out of their way to make things right for you. Washer and dryer on site but only one washer was working. Overall decent stay!

Bed was not comfortable. Bed sheets and duvet cover were scratchy and rough. Noise from the freeway will be loud and constant so something to be mindful of when booking. Internet is slow and you constantly have to log back in every day. Room cost is too high for the value received which is also another negative. Breakfast could be improved and more healthy options like fruits and vegetables and yogurt.

Breakfast is great! I love the variety. I really like that there are EV charging spots available. The hotel is close to my work and the route is free of traffic regardless of the time.

Encourage EV car users to not leave their vehicles plugged in all the time. Encourage them to move the car out of the spot for others when their vehicle is done charging.

Location

The older (w/foreign accent) security guard who was friendly but approached us and walked in uncomfortably close proximity to us (literally right next to us) in the dark parking lot at close to midnight as we were returning back from Taylor Swift concert to show us something on his phone. It may have been genuine and innocent but this day and age with so many bad things that happen every day…no man should be approaching women in parking lots especially at night. It actually made us very nervous and scared although I’m sure those were not his intentions.

The location is good. The facilities are clean and and well maintained. Hilton does your room key on their app so check in and check out was easy didn't have to wait to get to my room. Also was able to pick my room from the app. Room was modern and clean.

There wasn't anything not to like here. Great location close to several restaurants and attractions. Top Golf, Levis Stadium, Great America all a short ride away.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. There was a mini kitchen which was useful. We used the pool and even though it was not heated it was good. The breakfast had items that we liked and satisfied our needs. It's not amazing, but I would definitely stay here again.

The location felt a little out of the way, but there was plenty nearby.

I liked how spacious the room was, I was afraid the room was going to be small and cramped since it had a kitchen but the room did not disappoint

A small minor detail missed, a broom for the kitchen area would be nice...my kids had popcorn and made a small mess but we didn't want to call house keeping just for that.

I liked almost everything. Great room big and clean. Breakfast was great too. I definetely suggest it.

The only problem was during our 3 night stay no cleaning was done. It was saying it will be done every other day but it did not

Homewood suites was excellent. We were there for 7 nights. Rooms were spacious and kitchenette was also great. There was a big fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. There were also utensils. Breakfast was included and was also decent. Kids had their waffles everyday. There is paid parking available. There was also a laundry room which was quite helpful.
