There are a lot of hotels in Dearborn, but by far, Country Inn & Suites is the best! The entire staff couldn’t be more kind and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, especially the indoor pool and delicious breakfast every morning (which isn’t just a box of cereal like at some hotels; it is a full-on buffet with everything from eggs, home fries, bacon/sausage, fresh waffles, bagels, etc.). Everything is spotless and comfortable. I particularly liked the huge, deep bathtub and super comfortable bedding.

Immaculately clean. Amazing breakfast (the fresh waffles are a must!). The entire staff just couldn’t be nicer! From Maya & Amir at the front desk to Mervat and the wonderful ladies in the housekeeping department to maintenance and security. The staff there makes you feel welcome and comfortable from check in to check out.

I have no complaints at all. Anything that I had a little issue with was handled instantly by the staff.

The front desk personnel, especially Stella. There was also a young man in housekeeping who was very helpful in assisting me to walk across a freshly mopped floor(I’m partially handicapped). He insisted on accompanying me to my room.

I received a text message saying my suite would be serviced on the third day of my stay, it wasn’t and I was there 5 days. That in itself, wasn’t really a problem, but I dropped chips on the floor and I requested someone to just vacuum the area where the crumbs were. I was told someone would bring a vacuum and that I could use the vacuum, I told him that would be impossible for me to do so because of my disability, he apologized and said he would notify someone. They never came. I requested once more, the next day, still no one came. I just gave up.

I was very pleased with our stay. We were greeted at the reception almost everyday when we left and came back. The interior of the reception area was rustic and I appreciated it.

The neighbors after a couple days were very loud with the children and the elevators were soaked where they went to the pool.

The staff was AMAZING! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast served was delicious and energizing. Overall, our stay was relaxing from start to finish and we hope to enjoy another stay in the future!

We stayed here while in Detroit for a video production. The hotel staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. In fact, we commented to each other that we never had such nice employees at other hotel stays. They went above and beyond by helping us with the success of our production, ie allowed us space to prep our gear, offered us a secure space on the first floor to store our gear and allowed extended parking for our truck.

The facilities and room were immaculate and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The indoor pool, laundry room, and amazing breakfast in the morning are all great perks of staying there. (The waffles alone are worth it!)

The location was great. My room location was awesome. The jacuzzi was the best.

I didn't have hot water in the shower but had it everywhere else.

Service was excellent. Location was good. Clean hotel. They even had coffee available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours. The store they had for snacks were convenient also. A lot to choose from for breakfast.

It was very hot. But we had an extreme cold weekend the week before, so I understood.
