Location is great, parking is decent even though not free but it's convenient. Rooms were comfortable.

Not as family friendly as I would have liked. Only a microwave in the room. Would be nice if they added a few items. I also requested a late checkout through Hilton Honours upgrade, which wasn't honoured by the desk staff. Forced us to move to the airport much earlier than we would have liked. They offered just an extra hour for $10. Also, they need to remove the TV app and stop charging $30 for on-demand movies! $29.99 for Fast X?

This hotel is in a central location and easy to get to highway towards New York city. Room for 5 was spacious and accommodated our needs. 2 TV's in the room gave us options to watch different shows simultaneously.

We were disappointed that the hotel had to cut back on some amenities like they used to. I chose a room for 5 people and our room accommodated the number of people, However, towels were not enough so we have to ask for it from the front desk as well as the shampoo, soap and lotion (1 of each) which we didn't bother to ask. Also no more, free bottled water inside the fridge like they used to. I don't mind if hotels raise their prices but they should not skimp on the amenities offered.

Located near the Hudson River and close to Newport Path station, nice, clean, safe and rather calm hotel. Fantastic view on Manhattan skyline! Isolated windows and whole room itself provides very good comfort. No noise from neighbours at all. Front desk very kind and helpful, they really make you feel being welcome. All people there are very very nice! Small shop located in the lobby area. Room clean service every day, regular towel exchange, double beds good. Supermarket, big mall and all kind of restaurants nearby. Big fitness room on 2nd floor

Tramway right behind the building, however tram bell not disturbing too much. Shower too small for big persons, ventilation not strong enough in the bathroom. Sofa bed for 5th person sags in the middle.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this location for a visit to NYC. The nearby Path train was easy to use and very convenient.

We arrived with 5 guests and only had 2 bath towels the first night. We requested 4 bath towels on the 2nd night, and they didn't arrive until housekeeping came the next morning. Luggage carts were hard to find and did not get returned to the lobby. My husband had to stop and check each floor to locate one (finally found one on the 8th floor) to use for check out.

Very good location in Jercey City, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Just 5 minute walk to the beautiful view of Manhattan across the river. Clean and spacious room. Many thoughtful details in the room such as sufficient power outlets for everyone's electronic needs, night lights and extra side table and shelves. The PATH transportation is just downstairs to take you right to World Trade Center. Nice gym facilities.

Great location to city using path trains .. Nice rooms more than enough room for family of 5 .. two double beds and sofa bed in living room with big telly in each room .. Bar area nice to chill .. food at hotel is really nice also .. and gym on second floor has everything you need to do a decent work out ..

We loved our city view room that included a small lounge and two separate flat screens. Freshly made complimentary chocolate chip cookies, 24 hour room service and amazing front desk and housekeeping services.

A visitor’s guide desk with metro, city, ferry pamphlets would be helpful that way we don’t have to bother the front desk. The front desk lady was kind enough to walk us through our stops :)

The staff is super nice. The suit is in a good location and close to Newport Mall and a bunch of restaurants. It is good value for family trip, a couple with teenagers kids. You don’t need to book two rooms which could be quite expensive

The mattress is a little soft for us. It hurts my back especially after long international flight.

I failed to see anything bad about my overall experience. Heavily recommend. The price was rather high, possibly due to season. Would certainly come back to stay again.

I would certainly prefer to stay in a room where I have the freedom of opening a window for fresh air despite the noise outside. Felt constrained
