The staff was great! The cleaning crew was amazing. They kept my room clean from the doghair my two dogs can leave(I tipped them extra for that). The check in staff were very kind. I was there for over a week for my family members death and burial. They let me have both my dogs there that are ESA pets. They also met my needs to have lower level room because of my disability. I stay here often and haven't had any problems.

Can't say too much. You get what you pay for. There is cable, internet, a microwave and refrigerator. I bring my own Kurig coffee maker, shampoo, etc because they don't have those. Could have used more counter space in the bathroom and a place to hang my cloths but like I said you get what you pay for. Also, through the week, workers from labor companies rent rooms so if you leave in anytime in the afternoon or evening you might have thin picking for parking.

Close to the highway.

No coffee maker and had to move the microwave to another plug for it to work. Wanted a broom to sweep the floor.

It was convenient to my needs. They gave me a ground floor room that I requested. No crazies running around.

The only thing I would truly change (knowing the history of it) is I would have a Do Not Disturb sign so that the cleaners would not come knocking.

Comfortable for the price. Staff is nice. I stay there when I'm visiting family because it's close to everyone. Just need a clean shower and place to lay my head at night.

There's no coffee pot. I always bring my own. No DO NOT DISTURB sign.

The employees ALL very nice.. the lady cleaning the rooms is very nice and checks in with everyone. My room was great and clean

I liked where our room was it was quiet and no one bothered us

When I went down to get towels the guy at the desk got nasty w me which was uncalled for.

The only thing better would have been mini shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles in the more expensive rooms.

The room was spacious, with nice furniture! Housekeeping always greeted us with a smile and a "hello".

Would have liked a chair or table in the room. Continental breakfast would have been awesome to have.
