Location

A male desk clerk wouldn’t change TV station during morning breakfast when we requested a different news channel. This made no sense when the area was serviced with 2 TVs and no one else was in the dining area. He stated that company policy prohibited station changes. Haven’t had this situation occur at other Beeville hotels that we stay at.

Very kind staff. After a complaint about the room I got moved very quickly. They are very helpful !!

The first room was a room with door divider which caused me to hear a lot of noise from the room next to me. Also some dog hairs. Unfortunately i got 3 authorization on my card which is annoying when its a debit card and your travelling on a budget..

We have been going to this hotel for years before it was a Comfort Inn. We had developed a wonderful relationship with the staff before. I can happily report that the new staff has maintained that level personal touch and even increased the hotel standards. Dustin, and Sanja are wonderful people who will take care of you like fmaily.

Pillows were a little hard. Short staffed so breakfast ran out many mornings due to staff not there, however the breakfast was very nice. A full breakfast. I was there for 11 days taking care of my mom's passing and her estate. Due to being short-staffed housekeeping wasn't every day, however I didn't need it. The staff was amazing when I needed something they would bring it up at the drop of a hat. The staff was amazing. The room was clean, beds were comfortable pillows were not.. the price was great. I recommended my uncle stay there and my niece and my aunt stayed there as well. Great value and clean hotel.

Clean, well kept property. Outdoor patio with tv is a plus given that the cable works. The outside barbecue area is nice as well with benches that you can relax on, especially at night since it has a fan and light switch out there.

I’ve stayed here 3 times and two times I stayed the cable was out/tv did not work at all.

Everyone was really nice clean room good breakfast we forgot a bad with diapers and a tablet and chargers and the house keeper turned it in and we were able to get it back. Joey was so nice. I will definitely stay her with my family every time.

staff were so very very nice/wonderful. lobby clean . big rockers out front to enjoy.

hallway was a sauna/my room had cobweb and bath tub had hair and like coffee/coke spilled in the doorway this told me the floors had not been cleaned and probably the tub was just wiped out and not truly cleaned.

Everyone was very nice and the rooms were so clean. The breakfast had a great variety. If I had to stay in a motel again I would be staying in this motel again

Couldn't close the drapes to keep out the likes from the truck stop next door

Location Being that I no longer live in Beeville. I enjoy this property it is always so clean and friendly staff
