The young lady that checked me in was very helpful and polite and wanted her customer to be happy by all means. She made sure that I was able to get a room for what she had available. She took the time and commitment to write down and inform the next person that came on shift if any cancelation had come up for the next morning to inform me. I really appreciated her for that. This young lady needs to be recognized for her outstanding job at customer service and because of her I will stay here at this establishment again! Thanks

My actual reservation was canceled for the 2 nights stay and nobody informed me or called me about it. So I had to try and find me another room for my stay.

Location of Hotel has good restaurants near and Safe

The Workout room was not up to date with equipment. Machinery didn’t work. Breakfast for 3 days had no cream cheese for Bagels. My room the streaming Chanel’s (Netflix, Prime, Roku did not work.

Good location with nearby places to eat.

Amenities such as the pool was closed. Keys kept getting deactivated daily which meant a trip to the desk.

I liked the location and the comfort as well as the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have coffee and coffee pots in the rooms.

My room was huge. Wish I was able to spend more time enjoying the space.

The card key deactivated so I had to take the slow elevator (couldn’t find stairs)back downstairs to get it fix. Waste of time when I’m on a schedule. The breakfast was some stale muffins with no tongs or paper to grab them. If you’re worried about Covid don’t put food out we’re all touching. The blankets had to be 30 years old.

It is getting more and more inconvenient to use a corporate payment option when making a reservation. Employees with reservations made for them using a corporate credit card that is not under their name are unable to check-in even with the credit card authorization form. It has been a hassle every single time.

Large room, comfortable reading chair, comfortable bed, quiet at night, free parking. Easy connection to the freeway to get to downtown Fort Worth.

Not the hotel's fault, but all the nearby dining options are fast casual, order at the counter places. I would have liked a sit-down restaurant with a more gourmet touch.

Good location. Nice pool and hot tub.

Rooms are starting to get a bit rundown. Lampshades, bathtub etc. The pillows are really uncomfortable. The television was tiny and does not have a guide.
