The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and sweet. They emailed me twice after my reservation was placed with welcoming messages and ran the important information through Google translate to provide it in our language. We loved iit!! In it we found out that on top of the breakfast which is included, for a very reasonable price there is also the option lunch and dinner buffets. The value for the price is amazing.

After their very professional and warm welcoming, nothing seemed out of place. Excellent experience all around.

There’s breakfast being served ss early as 3:30. Good food and good coffee!!! The gym was a plus for me. I just believe there could be some hangers (puxadores) at the gym so we can have more options for workouts such as cross-over and stuff.

I really like the place! The front desk, elevator, the room.. the shower, air conditioning.. everything really good! the location is awesome: close to any part of the town. And the price, for a couple, really good!

I think the breakfast wasn’t something that I enjoyed a lot, but the food was really good! everything fresh and delicious.

Good quality room and the staff was very kind and patient with me.

- Clean space, you have a gym in the building, and the room was nice! - It has a restaurant, in case you do not want to do all the walk to the city centre (15-20 minute walk).

- Staff was polite, but not very open to chat with clients. - It was not easy to get from the staff any information on tours organized in the city. I think they could have promoted some popular activities (Tourism Line - Turismo Curitiba) as soon as I was doing my check-in.

I like the price and the staff, they were really easy going.

The photos are really different of the reality about the rooms and mainly the gym. Gym was missing a lot of accessories to workout and some equipment were missing basic tools to be possible to use.

Great location. Rooms were big, with space for us and the bed was huge. Wifi in the room was very good. There was a promotion with Booking so it was really good the value for money.

The linen was smaller than the bed so that was a little bit uncomfortable at night. Breakfast was ok but it could have more sweet options.

Room and bathroom are comfortable, large and well enlightened.

Every purchase must be paid at time. They do not have a system to sum up the expenses.
