The staff is super friendly and efficient. Food in the restaurant is ok and in the barr quite nice, but takes too long and most of it is not available.

Rooms are IBIS. Small and poorly equipped. TV and phone doesn't work properly. But Internet was fine. Breakfast is simple and no Omelet or extra requests are available. Even tea has no options other than black and even that was missing for most of the days.

The faucet is weird... very little water comes out. Unfortunately they had an issue with the WiFi and couldn´t solve it for 3 days.

Almost everything except that there was no Electric Kettle + Tea Bags in the room

There should be Hot Electric Kettle + some Tea Bags in the room . This would make the IBIS complete

Great hotel for short business trips in Sao Paulo, great value for money. Very pleasant and professional staff. Rooms are very clean, simple and everything is really organized. Breakfast was really good and the staf was also really nice.

Breakfast is good, but for vegans not much of a variety, such as jam, or peanut butter (maybe I missed that).
