I had an accident where I hurt my nose and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Was so impressed by the service they are a delight the rooms were sparkling clean and everything was so comfortable. A joy to be there.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was really worth it.

In my opinion, it is time for a reform in the room 702 as there's few things not functioning perfectly and/or getting old.

We booked the hotel because we wanted a pool but only after we made the reservation we found out it was closed. The hotel is a relatively overpriced for it’s location and the fact that the pool is closed.

Breakfast was diverse and you had different options, although not all dishes were great.

There was a lot of waiting time at the moment of the check-in / check-out. The staff in the lobby is very helpful and supportive, but they are working in an overdemand situation.

A very nice hotel, the sauna was closed and also the hotel reception was being re-decorated at the time of our stay but we enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless. This is the second time we have stayed here and will be back again.

The personal was very kind breakfast is good

i am not sure if the place gets clean properly, seems the shower has mildew, and there was snack wrapping paper from previous guests we dropped something and when look for it i found trash, same between the wall and bathroom door 🤨

Booking reserve "twice" the same kind of room and looks they are charging me a penalty for not canceling the reservation I did not make . Once I am back in the States I will contact Booking and settle this matter.

i did not like the mattress.....they are a bit unconfortable and the courtains coud be "blackout"....light comes into the rooms
