Hotel is very confortable with large rooms and excelent facilities. The breakfast is very good. Staff is super kind and support custom needs always with a smile. Nice locations with restaurants within walking distance.

I had to figure out why the AC kept turning on and off and the room was still cold. The temperature sensor was placed too close to the hot air fan.

There was a problem charging my card through booking.com which was a little stressful as my card details were correct but I received warnings that my booking would be cancelled at short notice.

TV had no Netflix app so I can load my account and no fridge, I had a prescription drug that needed to be refrigerated and I lost what was left.

There was a mosquito in our room I got a couple of bites in the night. The eggs at breakfast were too wet.

Parking can be a challenge some nights… Breakfast is good, but you have to go very early to enjoy it. They closed the restaurant earlier than announced… luckily the front desk staff gave us a solution and served us food.
