The grounds were extensive and well kept. Pool was good. We needed to get to the port in the morning so the location was convenient for that.

Staff at reception couldn’t speak English and when speaking Spanish spoke very fast. The hotel is looking tired and old in places but was clean. Very captive - you can’t easily go anywhere else to eat.

It’s a big hotel and in the room you can cook it you want, very clean too. The pool are is big and there ir a ton of things you can do, playing sports or having a drink with a great view.

walk-in shower have mold on the side of the wall if this is a resort they should inspect and put attention to detail also the restaurant is kind a far from the rooms they should have some golf car to ride

Very comfortable and spacious room. The Mangos restaurant offers generous portions and good food with a very wide selection. Kind and available staff. Great pool complex for kids.

The beach is small and gives an artificial feeling. Amatique bay is isolated and you need a car to get around.

The cleanness, the property is beautiful breath taking, the room out of this world

The staff needs a lil more care but it wasn’t everyone just few

the property is nice but it needs more maintenance. I understood that two storms hit the property during the pandemic and the recovery has been very slow

it is not that I did not like it, but during our stay we could not rent the Kayaks because the people only are there from Friday to Sunday.

Amazing pool complex, large room with all facilities needed, very kind and friendly staff.

Would have liked some parasols on the beach, and more loungers by the pool.

One of waitresses in the afternoon shift was very rude... Maybe she was at the end of her shift... But everyone else made up for her.
