1. The room we got was comfortable and exactly what we booked. 2. The location was strategic and easily accessible. There were also many coffee shops and places to find local Lombok cuisine around the hotel. 3. The front desk staff were friendly when we arrived, and the room was ready without us having to wait long.

1. Drinking water is not provided in the room and needs to be refilled from the corridor in front of the room. As a note, please always check the quality of the drinking water provided because we happened to get water with a slightly strange taste. 2.The room we got was unfortunately very close to the road. Perhaps this could be a consideration for future stays.

The staff was lovely, and it was nice to have options for breakfast, including both local and Western food. I appreciate that they avoid using plastic and provide filtered water in the corridors.

The TV in the room is a bit outdated, and overall maintenance could be improved. There were many families staying at the hotel, which meant that kids were screaming in the pool from 6 AM to 11 PM. The city itself isn't very touristy (Western tourists), and there isn't much to do in the area. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it's something to keep in mind.

Very comfy, huge bed. Good location in the city with lots of shops and restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Checkout at 12pm is great if you are getting a later flight.

WiFi in room so slow it was useless (but worked in public areas). Lots of TV choices but none of them worked - connection too slow I assume. Noisy at night due to live entertainment near the pool (we were on the same floor very close to there) - fortunately it didn’t go on too late. Could hear voices of guests from next room on one evening.

We stayed at the hotel 6nights, upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with pool view because we made special request for balcony. In 4th day we received a fresh fruit platter. The rooms are well equiped and very comfortable. The bed is huge (more than 2 meter wide) and they have pillow service so you can choose your perfect pillow. TV in the room has many movie channels (eg HBO, Cinemax) and even HDMI cable to connect your laptop. A water refill machine is installed on each corridor. Breakfast is very diverse and deilicious. Staff is very kind and helpfull. We would like to mention specifically, Novi from pool bar who was very friendly, gave us some good advices on local food and even shared tips for our upcoming trip to Flores. We enjoyed our stay very much at Aston Inn hotel.

Maybe a bit the noise from the street which you could easily hear.

Nice clean room with modern amenities. Stayed one night before going on to gilli islands. Breakfast was really good. They have a water refill station, which is great as cuts out the plastic.

Instead of a double bed, was given a twin bed because there were no other room types available. But not a major issue. Reception called the room 20 minutes before check out time to confirm I am checking out.

I like the hotel, such as value for money, helpful and awesome staff, location near the city, free parking, free fresh and filtered water to drink, etc

One of the rooms had dripping water on the AC, but this is minor and not really the hotel's fault. Things can break, and it was repaired asap

Check in was very professional. The room was lovely and clean with a kingsize Bed. Had all the facilities which was great.

The gym was small and didn’t encourage me to workout. When a hotel say they have a spa and there no showers or sauna facilities only a massage. I think that’s miss leading. But I did have a lovely massage off Michelle, which made up for it.

The bed is very comfortable. The location is great, right in the heart of Mataram. The staff was excellent. I loved that they had several water bottle refilling stations on each floor -- saves so much plastic waste!

The shower could have been cleaner, and the walls are pretty thin, so when your neighbor turns on the TV at 6 a.m., you can hear every word. The elevators are super slow; you'll need a lot of patience.

Everything was perfect. Restaurant had very good food and great breakfast. Great rooms. Prices very low for this type of facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful

There should be bigger paper napkins at the dinner table. Mataram is a rather dull city which I had to visit to extend my visa, which took have a day! With excellent service of LPI visa team

Fantastic team with exceptional customer service. Every single staff memeber was friendly, welcoming & professional. We felt at home and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable & enjoyable. Fantastic location, parking etc The food/buffet for iftar was delcious also.

The pillows were too thick and the noise from the street/children next door made it difficult to sleep. We ended up requesting a room change which solved both issues.
