Well appointed room. Nice fitness centre. Room and facilities were just as advertised with no unpleasant surprises. Room was clean and neat and cleaning staff were diligent in keeping it so.

The only minor glitch was that the internet was not as fast as we are used to particularly for some reason during daytime hours.

The property had great amenities and a super cool skyway connecting to a sports facility, also there was lots of restaurants and coffee shops and in the vicinity, my suit I booked was spectacular, it was massive and wished I could have stayed longer

Quiet,location easy to get to, CLEAN!,staff friendly and helpful. pool and hot tub , well maintained, amenities close by, breakfast options excellent now that they have dining area open.

- if large event at the Servus Centre it might be noisey but even then it would be convenient

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, brand new, the beds were comfortable, the pool temp was nice and the breakfast and staff were top notch!

Everything our entire stay was fantastic only very minor thing was the pillows were so fluffy they were too big for kids.

everyone was very friendly and any issues we did have were sorted quickly. the issue we had wasn’t their fault at all but they still dealt with it quickly on my behalf.

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Most comfortable beds! We were given the option to change our room to be closer to the pool which was great with young kids! They really enjoyed the water slide and it was awesome the water wasn’t deep so my 8 year old could touch after going down the slide.

Offering gluten free options for breakfast was awesome - everyone in my family really enjoyed it. And breakfast staff were very helpful!

Employees were always exceptional and nice to all the needs I would have.

The person closing the pool on Saturday Night, He was extremely rude, came to just point his watch rudely and said time to go! I feel that a better attitude would be appreciated.

The hotel is located next door to the Sports Center, coffee shops, and a great restaurant so did not have to drive for those things. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel breakfast had hot options as well as continental. All Covid protocols were followed.

Location was good and easy to find. Breakfast options were good. Within walking distance of restaurants for supper - fast food and dine in. Good parking lot.
