The staff is very friendly. We arrived at 3 a.m., and there was no problem with the check-in. We were allowed to check out for free almost one hour later than the official checkout. The room and bathroom were clean; the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was really good and rich with everything one might want to eat for breakfast (eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, oats, cupcakes, and more, plus very good freshly squeezed orange juice). We could use a pool and jacuzzi in the morning (both were clean and empty). Free shuttle from/to the airport every half an hour is a good advantage, especially if one arrives in the middle of the night as we did.

The pool is very shallow.

The room when I walked in seemed so big to me !.. it was lovely … everything was so clean , a walk in shower , what else could you ask for? The front desk staff at night was very helpful when I asked a few questions, the day staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was more than I expected… a lot more than I expected !!.. the food was really good and hot!., I would definitely stay there again and put all your info in my phone!

I loved the staff, everyone I interacted with seemed to love working there! The breakfast bar was amazing! They offer a little waffle machine, great toppings for Oatmeal bowls, delicious and simple omelet options. There were some meat options too but I didn't pay much attention as I dont eat meat when traveling. Some juice was available though I was there for some coffee which is available in the lobby and at the breakfast bar. Very clean even though the hotel is older and surprise a jacuzzi tub! Wish I had the time to use that but was just doing an overnight layover and only there to sleep.

The ac was very loud and could not turn off. Due to the close vicinity to the highway I was woke up around 4am to a bunch of semi trucks honking. My stay was midnight to 7am so to be woken up was not ideal. The shuttle service was very confusing because when you call from the airport they say "its a metro" so I thought I had to find some kind of subway train system, but the shuttle is called "metro shuttle". The drivers do not really communicate where they are going and the other passengers lead to more confusion of what the shuttle destination is, my advice is just ask the driver directly and definitely tell them where you need to be dropped off when you get on, otherwise they need to loop back on the route which causes inconvenience to other passengers.

The price allowed us to get two rooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub

When we arrived we were disappointed we couldn’t add a cot to the rooms we had booked. But front desk staff were very helpful in trying to make it happen and explaining why it couldn’t. I’m hoping the breakfast will start to make non-dairy ‘milk’ available upon request. It would allow me to enjoy the oatmeal or cereal. I’m thankful for the eggs and hashbrowns.

I really liked the location of the property. It’s close enough to the airport but far enough away the parking lot was quiet and I wasn’t worried about my vehicle like some of the other hotel parking lots in the area. One big bonus was their little canteen by the front desk. I forgot to get some water at the gas station and they had a big selection of drinks and snacks available at a reasonable rate. Loved that.

The carpet in the room could use a clean. It wasn’t visibly soiled but it felt a bit grimy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The shuttle convenient and the breakfast very good with lots of hot and cold choices!

There is no restaurant or pub on site other than the breakfast room and snacks for purchase.

The room next to us had a large dog that barked non stop for a lot of the time. The room above us was also noisy with people running back and forth. It lasted until we went to bed. The accommodations and staff were great. No complaints were made concerning noisy dog and children, as it was annoying, but didn’t extend the night

Location was excellent. My daughter and I had her dog with us. And the staff accommodated her well.

The only issue we had was the pull out bed. My daughter decided to sleep on it as it was closer to the AC unit. She said it was very lumpy and uncomfortable. And the blanket supplied very old and thin. I had to get more suitable covering from the staff....which was not delivered to the room ...I had to collect it myself.

Well lit and clean hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had good amenities. Parking space was plenty. Front desk staff were helpful. Hotel is easily accessible from the major highway. The main lobby and corridors were clean. Having tea and coffee available all time was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good, it had hot and cold items. Improvement possibilities: add more than one friendly staff during the very busy breakfast time, especially for long weekends. Add more healthy vegetarian options.

Candace: The room attendant, didn't need to offer customer service, but she did because it was authentic. The customer service at the front desk was also great when checking out. Again, the business concluded, but that extra customer service effort from staff.. 10/10
