Central location; kind and helpful staff who were genuine in their duties and very friendly and personable. The people were the best part, followed by an unexpectedly complete breakfast buffet which was fresh and generous in choices.

Occasionally had to put trash in hallway for collection.

The buffet was appreciated but lacking. The eggs were powdered eggs (I think) the potatoes were bland and the bacon was salty. The staff were good but the breakfast was missing the waffle maker and some fruit salad. Other than these things, the stay was great and I will stay again. Daryle Eheler

Grab and go was more/ better than we expected in these crazy times. Desk staff very helpful, and lost and found item from the beginning of last month a pleasant surprise.

The hole in the carpet in the 4th floor hallway could be patched fairly easily.

The kitchen should have paper towels, and conditioner in the bathroom.

The big factors that make up for aging hotel is its cleanliness, staff and affordiblily. All were superb!

The hotel is aging and the carpet needs redone is places.

Great helpful staff, clean and warm rooms, restaurant right downstairs with great breakfast, good location next to mall, restaurants, and grocery store.

Friendly, courteous helpful staff. It will be my stay of choice when I return for work.
