I don't know the name of the manager on duty but she was wonderful. When I went to the desk to report the issue (see below), she gave us a different room with an upgrade.

There was a maintenance issue with the room we were given first.

Cindy (General Manager) was extremely accommodating with me regarding printing material for me on her office computer as the business center was closed due to the COVID pandemic. She also gave me an excellent reference as to where to have dinner at night along with a 10% discount offer at that particular restaurant...Food and service was excellent!!

In consideration with the current pandemic situation, all was extremely well. Thank you!!

the room was spacious and clean and comfortable with the AC. good selection at breakfast including waffles and eggs!

the pool was very overcrowded it felt unsafe

Breakfast was great but the toilets are way too low. I thought I had booked a handicap room online but it wasn’t booked with the hotel. I’m 87 yrs old and therefore the bathroom was pretty unacceptable to me

Extremely comfortable beds! We slept in! The staff was great! The room was clean. Breakfast was good!

I wish breakfast was on for later than 10 am.

It was awesome! Janet was amazing and got our maine coon kitten a present.

Our first room didn’t have air conditioner, but they fixed us up with a different room right away. So there wasn’t much at all to complain about. It’s an awesome place.

The gal at reception when we checked in on Thursday night was fantastic! I wish I had taken her name. Very outgoing, helpful and so friendly!

Breakfast was awesome, they also allowed us a late check out so we could enjoy some time in the hot tub and pool

That our room had 3 double beds. It was much larger than we expected and we were beyond pleased.

The room was very clean and really big. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were both great
