This was my second stay in this hotel. After an international flight I have enjoyed the refreshing towel during check-in. Staff very friendly during the check-in process, bell staff and vallet parking as well. Overal we really enjoyed our stay. GM`s welcome letter, complimentary welcome drink and friendly staff will definetely make me return to this hotel. Good job Diego and team!

I think at this level, charging extra for capuccino during the breakfast is very "cheap" thinking. Because not every international traveler is willing to have filtered coffee during the breakfast. As european I prefer expresso or capuccino for my breakfast. I recommend hotel to look at this issue. Because this great property deserves to maintain a certain quality and detail.

We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't stay longer!

The staff were lovely. The initial room given to us was dusty and when we brought it up with Maria at reception, she upgraded us to beautiful room. It was big and spacious, spotless and the bed so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Norka at concierge was a delight to chat with. She was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Great location. Gabriel was very attentive and helpful. The cocktails at the bar and the restaurant was very good. We had a lovely stay.

The pillows were so flat. It didn't give any support to the neck. Norka was kind enough to organize another pillow for us which helped so much

Bristol Panama is located in the financial district, but only a short Uber/taxi ride away from Casco Viejo. Hotels in Casco Viejo are more expensive and offer fewer amenities (other than location), which is why we decided to stay in Bristol for our 5-night stay in Panama City. The on-site restaurant is excellent - we had lunch there. The breakfast (included in the room price) is extensive with plenty of fresh fruit, a variety of fresh pastries and juices, breads, yogurt and various types of milk, plus hot items cooked Panamanian style. Plus, you could order omlette or scrambled eggs of your choice. The rooms in the Executive Tower were large, with plenty of storage space for our stuff. The staff was professional and friendly, always aiming to please.

I had no major complaints - except for one occasion when there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff. We were promised an early breakfast before our birdwatching trip, but when we went to pick it up, the restaurant staff had no clue about it, and we had to wait for it to be ready. But they made up for it the next day, by delivering on time before our early morning flight. So, they redeemed themselves in our eyes.

Wonderful friendly staff and services. Knowledgeable desk people who helped with sightseeing planning. Comfortable beds and good shower (but could use a handrail)...breakfast good and varied at first. Then was the same for the next 5 days except for the surprise dim dum. Ultra clean. So great to have an evening water delivery. Our one dinner there was good. The door staff not only opened the entrance doors, they checked Uber license plates. We had the feeling they were looking out for us. An amazing five star hotel experience!

Location is awful. One would expect local restaurants in a commercial, business area with major hotels nearby (a W is nearby)...but the sidewalks are treacherous. Very uneven and broken in the surrounding area and few traffic lights. We thought of using the Carmen subway stop but though it looked.close on the map, it was a hilly walk and a careful one given the sidewalk conditions. Uber was easier and quite cheap for two people.

We were greeted with refreshing hand towels and bottled water. We were given a huge 0ne bedroom suite. I was pretty sure I had booked just a room because we were only staying one night so this was a pleasant surprise. Had a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with a huge bathroom and 2 walk in closets. There was a personalized note written to us welcoming us to the hotel and a bowl of fresh fruit. Breakfast was included in the price of room. Would definitely stay there again.

Was a little disappointed with breakfast. Just mainly fruits, pastries. It was very busy at breakfast with a lot of business people eating there. We were in the financial district so that was to be expected.

Hotel is superb for the price. The Amenities in the room are amazing and simply you would not find a hotel equivalent to any where near the price. You would pay easily 3-4 times the cost. The door men are very welcoming and great. The conceirge was fantastic and was very easy to work with and prompt all the way from booking through the stay.

The hotel did have some cosmetic areas that could be touched up (multiple dings in doors and such) but these areas did not effect my overall stay at the hotel. I would defintley stay there again.

The hotel was truly a luxurious stay the location was excellent and the quality of the booked room was exceptional. The staff were so courteous, happy and supportive, especially given we had the misfortune of delayed baggage for 48hrs the reception staff helped co-ordinate communication with the arrival airport and genuinely cared. Maybe some airline customer service staff should spend a few nights at The Bristol to see how customer service should be delivered!

The staff at the Bristol were friendly and helpful from the bell men to the receptionists. Meggie, one of the receptionists, was particularly helpful. I had difficulty reserving a ferry to Contadora Island on my phone, but she arranged the passage and printed out copies of the ticket. The rooms we had were spacious, luxurious, and clean with good AC and good wifi. Both rooms we stayed in had high ceilings. It is a half block from a 100 year old French Restaurant - Paul's- which has very good food. A block away is an excellent Galician restaurant. From our room you could see the Pacific. The breakfast buffet is amazing. If you are on a Windstar Cruise, the cruise line recommends this hotel , offers transportation from here (at a price), and has a representative present in the lobby.

One of the cabs called, charged us $15 to go to Casco Viejo, on the return we were charged $5. The second complaint is trivial, which is that the coffee maker was one of those expensive, but annoying coffee makers which offer a wide variety of flavors. We couldn't get it to work.
