It was a wonderful vacation; everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s medical team took great care of my daughter; they were so considerate that they even sent a gift to the room for her. Rooms are clean and the food is DELICIOUS. It’s a quiet, peaceful, compact, and relaxing hotel where you never feel the crowd. Perfect in every way. Beauty salon is also perfect!

My daughter didn't enjoy the kids club program. A program where they can play more freely would be better. Her English isn't very good, so she didn't understand most of what was being said, which made her upset. Free-time activities would be nice.

The breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner exceeds my expectations ,and I also believe that is applicable for any guest ,notice that this visit is our second time ,we stayed there in July 2022 ,and hopefully will repeat it again. The staff deals with the guests with a generosity, seems that are given directives from their management to do so. Yousuf at the reception was very helpful, answering all our inquiries in a very professional manner.

I really didn't notice things which I didn't like, there are always areas of improvement such as arranging coasters for guests to Fethiye down town possibly two times a day along with snacks and soft drinks.

The Spa, the hotel room with sea view, the live music at the entrance bar. The food and restaurants were all very good.

There is not enough entertainment for teenagers or young adults, nor music playing during the day. It was extra quite like elderly house. The night shows were targeted only to English tourists which alienated the other quests. Moreover, it was targeting elderly English audiences. Although all restaurants were good but the Chinese restaurant was terrible were the food was ready made and cold and very spicy. The Sushi restaurant was paid on top of our Ultra Inclusive coverage.

The resort was very spacious with lots of activities throughout the day to keep everyone busy. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Good variety of drinks on offer all day and night. Night time entertainment was great and a good variety, team were very professional.

We only managed to book one al a carte restaurant during our stay, despite visiting the reservation desk on the first day. It seems guests who were there for two weeks booked everything before we arrived. This was very disappointing as the restaurants looked nice. The buffet restaurant did offer theme nights, but eating in the restaurants would have been much nicer. Also the variety at the kids food station at the buffet was not great, no variety at all, as every evening had the exact same…… spaghetti, mashed potatoes and fries.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Among the main highlights was a great private beach with clean sea (but we were there at the beginning of June, so early session), very friendly and helpful personnel, variety of food at the main restaurant and dishes from different regions almost every dinner. The sushi at the a-la carte restaurant were also delicious, worth the price. The separation of the hotel into adult and family areas is also perfect! We were all adults so we appreciated this point because we normally enjoy quiet :)

Some small things that need improvement: we rented a cabana (a private space at the beach) for 80€, but there was only one guy who served everyone there, which sometimes led to errors and rather long waiting times. Since it’s a paid service and is in demand, more personnel is needed here. The food at free a-la carte restaurants varies in taste. There was no decent coffee machine at the place that serves only coffee and desserts.

Rooms are with more space and all furniture are new and the bed very comfortable, the balcony are wide with tables and chairs, the bathroom and shower very well designed, in the room sofa are very comfortable, and the tv was excellent with big variety and Arabic channels such as Aljazeera, the air conditioning was very excellent,the food in the restaurant was very delicious with big variety all restaurants served by a professional chef’s no single mistake, beache are very sandy and clean with all needed facilities , finally all staff are very friendly specially In the reception Mr. Yusuf was very gentle and speak Arabic very well which make's life easy for us.

Nothing to be mentioned

Food was exceptional all round - always fresh and diverse. We chilled in the heated pool for hours getting drunk - lots of room and comfy areas with sun loungers around the pool. Always an extra clean room with friendly staff whenever and whatever is your need. EXTRA large balcony with two sun loungers and umbrella, two chairs and a coffee table. Great parking with ~ 50 spots in shade. Small markets across the road of the hotel.

We had server-like hardware in the ceiling which made a bit of noise. Around ~ 40min(depends on the traffic) drive to "Oludeniz" although the in and out of the hotel is pretty fast and not crowded at all.

Amazing hotel! Immediately brings you into the relaxation mode; everything is so beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. never felt crowded, a lot of facilities, bars and restaurants. Food is amazing, very high quality, and really delicious. They serve cocktails at the bars, also high quality and good taste. We stayed in the room with the pool access, and it was wonderful - can enjoy privacy and beautiful views from the room. And the staff is amazing, all so nice, welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Nothing - we wished we stayed more in this hotel

I liked the kids play area. The rooms are beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the amazing sunrise and sunset from my room everyday during my stay. There were plenty of delicious food options. All restaurants in the hotel have excellent outdoor views . Staff were polite and welling to help with good smiles. I regret not staying longer. I will definitely come back in the future.

I loved the food quality and its availability . The kids club was an amazing facility for our kids and we all truly enjoyed it. The Kids clubs staff were all very friendly and helpful which we really appreciate. The staff at reception were also very helpful and friendly however we felt that late check out was not possible without a fee and the fee was quite high for guests who have already spent a week at the hotel and for a short number of hours only. Since flights into Dalaman are limited and at very early late or early hours, it was quite exhausting to stay at the hotel without booking a room for a few extra hours especially with kids that need to sleep ahead of a flight. I'd definitely love to come back again to the hotel soon but I hope hotel management can take our comments into consideration. But overall it was a very enjoyable experience for my whole family :)

There were lots of staff that didn't speak English which wasn't too helpful for us both to understand each other. It was also clear that this language barrier didn't help the staff be very cooperative or friendly to our requests. Also several times throughout the week we had to ask the staff for clean coffee mugs and water in our fridge and we staff weren't very responsive to our requests. And when you wake up early you'd like make a cup of coffee at least before leaving the room
