I was celebrating my 16th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the privacy of our room. We stayed there for our 15th, and this was a return trip. I loved my room, room number 19. It was cozy and comfortable. In the evening we sat on the veranda and ate our dinner. It rained on and off during our visit, but that added to the intimacy of our visit. It was wonderful and we plan on coming back again.

No fault of the hotel, it rained, and there was no drainage in front of the hotel where the cars were parked. Lots of water. Maintenance staff did their best to fix the problem.

Location is brilliant if you want to experience Ochi as a local. Shops, restaurants, transport and much more are within walking distance. Hotel is lovely with welcoming staff who are very helpful and provide a good service. Management are always available onsite and quick to resolve any issues a guest may have. Amenities are good and food and drinks at the bar are of high quality with fresh ingredients used. On the beach location good for relaxing and enjoying family time.

Better fans to be provided in rooms with no air conditioners.

The view was amazing and the restaurant too, the food was great although limited items from the menu available, more variety is needed for breakfast (hope you like Frosties) Staff were attentive and always helpful

Parking could be awkward when busy, if you want something different for breakfast you’ll have to ask. Difficult to get lunch some days as no chef on duty. No cable TV channels available. Facilities like darts and pool were quite outdated too and couldn’t really be used.

The food there was wonderful. I have travel for many decades and the chef here KNOWS that eggs are yellow when cooked properly not brown. Meals were seasoned beautifully and the portion were very satisfying

I didn’t like that I had no fridge in my room but most of all I dislike that I had to leave

My mother and I, both enjoyed the location and the facilities. Our room was on the top floor and the view was marvelous. The room was excellent and the balcony was great. The continental breakfast was good, the evening meals was lovely. The staff were keen to help us with anything from beach towels, accessing the safe, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

My father passed away in late April 2023 and the funeral was in May 2023. I felt it was wise to take my mother away for a few days. My mum, would have appreciated a lift to the top floor to get to her room. Also, the floor gradient from the swimming pool to the restaurant, you should watch out for. The bar is in the restaurant area at the back. There is a slight drop there as well. Hopefully, the refurbishment of the bar area will include leveling out the bar floor area with the restaurant floor.

I loved the lobby area and the pool side our room view was absolutely gorgeous and the area at the bar looking out the sea Is very relaxing

the complimentary breakfast was cornflakes that was a turn off n if u wanted orange juice you had to purchase it plus the pool area was full of garbage that was there from we checked in to the other day, they need to get a janitor, the Water is very low when you’re taking a bath

It was family oriented. Karaoke was fantastic. We love the pool and beach front with access to the beach. I love how the staff were extremely loving and caring. They make us feel like we are all family. Also, great chef and bar mixer. Jon and Anna(property managers) were amazing!

There's nothing you wouldn't like.

Love the outside. The chef was outstanding. The food was excellent.

The parking

DeMar Chin was absolutely helpful and pleasant when checked in. Always popping by to find out if we were ok and if there was anything he could do for us. Absolutely refreshing that he even made suggestions to help our stay more relaxing.

We had dinner in the restaurant and was awoken with loud knocking on our bedroom by a dining room staff to inform us that we didn't pay the tab. Bear in mind, that our credit card was on file and even when he was instructed that he could have left it on our room tab or waited until bfast he didn't see that. There was no hot water or light blanket in our room. No wash rags or face towels

I love the room it was a very nice area because I could look out from the balcony just as I see it I the picture, the beach area was very clean and nice,

When I arrive , the reception at the front desk was not very friendly, but she did comes around ,and I didn't like the brackfast that comes with the package, but the Jamaica brackfast was very very nice that Chef know how to make fry dumplings and acke and salt fish it was so!!!!!!!! Good
