Free included buffet breakfast, although limited in choices. Limited parking on-site but there were parking lots adjacent to the hotel. Lots of dining choices nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke great english. Check-in and out machines were very easy to use.

Room was fairly small but sufficient for a one night stop over. Although clean looking, the carpet in the room werea litttle sticky.

The location, price, staff, great breakfast, library, and free umbrellas for temporary use were great!

The room size is way too small for two people to move about comfortably. I get it. Japanese hotel rooms are, indeed, small. But these rooms are tough. It was just the small toom size that I did not like. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a water vending machine on the 4th and 7th floors. There is a self-laundry room on the 5th floor. There is a free coffee maker in the cafeteria, from 3 pm to 0 am also serving tea.

Check-in time at 15:00 is quite late. My flight arrived at 8am, I was at the hotel at 10am and had to leave my luggage at the reception to go for a walk while waiting for check-in time, my child was quite tired. Also, the breakfast buffet barely changed during my stay.

Complimentary breakfast was very good Staff ( names - Kano, ohashi, nakayama, tsuge, Carla aya, housekeepers, kitchen staff) display the Japanese hospitality and politeness to us We highly recommend promotion and incentives to these people

Toilet door should swing completely 180 degrees to give more room Water control in the bathroom should have separate from sink so we can use both of in need

Conveniently located, short walk to Kariya Station. Nearby to convenient store and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

I wish they had a restaurant attached to the property or provided room service. There were several nights where our group came back late and was too tired to eat out, having a restaurant in the hotel or room service would have been greatly appreciated.

Had used this chain of hotels during our trip as quick overnight stays as they were inexpensive. This one was slightly better than the others we stayed in. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and patient considering the language barrier.

Good hotel for business trip, near the train station. Rooms are inside the japanese standards. Staff very friendly; they replyed to all my request.

The buffet was great, the bed comfortable... Honestly everything was great and exactly what I expect from a hotel.

There were no rooms for 4 people. We had to take two rooms with 1 double bed, and that's a bit annoying when taking a family trip.

My only complain is that there’s no onsen! Except for this, everything was excellent. Breakfast is great, and they even have a mini pancake maker! The bedroom is quite spacious and the bed comfortable.
