Good location for us as we had very heavy luggage, and were able to stagger 2 minutes from the Chibaminato JR station to the hotel. This was perfect for a day trip to Tokyo Disneyland before heading off from Narita airport. The hotel is top-class, with a great room overlooking the bay. At 1600 Yen the buffet breakfast was excellent value with a great selection. We also enjoyed catching the "upside down" monorail into Chibato to visit the Cultural Folk museum and do some shopping.

Extremely great and decorated interior when I went in. Took me quite aback! Two minute walk from the station. Extremely accessible! Interior was big and had a couch-bed that i could lie on after entering the room. Huge vending machine area for any drinks.

There arent really a lot of good food options around the area. I would highly recommend eating around Chiba Station before taking the monorail back.

Nice big rooms, well maintained and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast was pretty decent for a buffet. Very relaxing and ideal for a long business trip.

It would have been nice to have had a launderette on site. There isn’t one outside nearby and getting clothes washed via hotel laundry service is ¥500 per item.

The hotel is very well located close to the train station and monorail. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Some of the service spoke good English. The room size was very good for one person.

It is a five star hotel so the only thing I missed was a swimming pool or spa area.

Good location for our choose airport location. Some good towers and activities to walk to. Good transport connections. Room had good bathroom facilities and WiFi and air-conditioning in hot weather. Breakfast looked good but we could not stay and enjoy as we were off to the airport early in the morning.

Would have liked a room with three beds the same size in a booked triple bedroom. Two were large and one was small.

Easy access to train station. Perfect for just a stay to sleep and shower during a festival. Staff was very kind. Slept comfortably. Was the best value of hotel during the Summer Sonic festival as other hotels in the area raised the prices very high.

Bedding could use complete replacing. You can tell the comforters are old and stained (clean, just not appealing) Wish the restaurant stayed open later for dinner. I checked in at 7pm and couldn't get dinner and I had to take the train elsewhere to find food because there's not much of anything in the area.

Very nice hotel in the perfect spot right beside Chiba Minato Station and the monorail. Everything was clean, friendly, and very convenient. Rooms were small but tidy and very quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Pillows were very tiny

Location was great. Very near the station. Room was big. View facing the sea was great. The hotel looks a tad rundown but was still acceptable. Breakfast was average. The hotel was worth the price. I will stay again if i come to Chiba.

everything was fine and hotel staff is extremely nice and friendly its perfect spot very close to train station and small size but good rooms as a family we loved.

The place was great. Service kind and polite. I would definitely visit this hotel again if I get chance. It will be a great place both for business and vacation. Strongly suggest~

Only thing I was disappointed is the breakfast. Overall it a great meal, but personally think it was lesser than expectation.
