The room and the bathroom are clean, and air-purifier with humidifier was provided. Coin-laundry is available and convenient. Breakfast, though limited in variety, was sufficient and delicious. Conveniently close to the train station.

The air-conditioning unit was weak even at maximum fan speed. The room so small that the tables provided are smaller than a 16-inch laptop. Obtaining drinking water was a nightmare. There was no water dispenser for water bottles. The water from the cold-sourced pipe from the bathroom has some sediments in it and should not be portable. I was forced to obtain water slowly from a tea dispenser in the lounge, which could not fit a small water bottle as it was meant for filling small drinking cups.

The breakfast was amazing! I loved the variety of foods that they had every morning. I also liked that there was a vending machine and 2 washing machines. I didn't have to worry about doing it when I got home. The location was something else! Right next the Fujisawa Station. The Tokaido line, Shonan-Shinjuku Line, and the Odakyu Line gives travelers many options to get around Kanagawa. These lines connect to 4 other prefectures too!

There wasn't much that I didn't like about it. The rooms were comfortable but I had no room to put my luggage. It was tight so I had to put it near the entry way by my shoes.

Very helpful staff. We arrived before official check-in time and left the luggage at the reception. Upon return they have already placed the luggage in the room. The receptionist was helpful in checking for our onward journey plan when we checked out. The hotel is very close to Fujisawa station which is ideal for tours in surrounding areas. Breakfast is good.

The room is very small comparing your others we stayed in Japan. The TV only has Japanese channels which might be pretty standard for most Japanese hotels

This hotel was close to JR Fujisawa Station, so it was a very convenient place for an overnight stay. Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.

Great location. Close to the train stations, many tourist destinations and restaurants, etc. The rooms are small but well arranged and was comfortable for solo traveller. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

The location is excellent if one travels by bus or train. The room is small (as many in Japan) but clean. Very nice presentation bottles (the content was good too) for shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash.

The mattress was not very comfy as it is at APA hotels. Difficult to communicate in English with some of the staff, which was a surprise as at other hotels we didn't have any problems. One seems to be the manager (older guy, in the morning) and had no idea of English.

The room was clean, all the promised amenities were present, and the staff was kind - the staff could communicate in English, which is a plus for foreign travelers. All in all, for business travel purposes, it served me well.

The hotel room's view towards another building's side, but I expected that. The room smelled a little bit musty, but that was taken care of by the air purifier in the room.

The staff were very kind and helpful, they helped us a lot with storing our luggage and sending through yamato transport to our next accomodation.

Unfortunately the shower drain was not clean when we arrived so the shower and bath did not drain, the fixed this as soon as possible.

The design seemed very modern, but without so much of that business vibe. It was a well designed structure.

I found other peoples hair on the woodfloor, that was kinda upsetting. The bath tub made me very anxious when i showered because there seemed to be no gasket or seal between the tub corner and the walls. Like water was getting inbetween there in those hard to reach places. I saw the blinds for the window seemed kinda damaged too but im not sure if it is actually damage or not. It definitely didnt seem right though. Other than that everything else was fine.

Great location for the business I had to do. Very close to the station, shops and restaurants.

The rooms are too small. Staff okay but not real pros, have no idea what foreign guests need. For what they charge, they should at least know about the shuttle buses to the airport.
