the location, just take exit to chitose station plaza (north, there are only 2 exits, simple), and follow the sign without having to leave the building, and in 2mins will arrive at hotel reception. The connection is open only until 11pm. Free drinks (coffee machine with coffee / chocolate options). Breakfast varies from salad (dressing only oil), rice, miso soup. Aeon supermarket is just right across the building, good curry resto "Garaku" with some queue is on the right side of the hotel exit, walk passing 1 intersection until the 2nd intersection where the resto is. There are also kfc, yoshinoya and ramen store along the right side before Garaku. Room is spacious, aged but clean. The toilet is also spacious VS similar hotel at bigger town. Bed and pillow are acceptable They let me store luggage for 1 night when we stayed in otaru in between our 2-night stay there, and they have our luggage sent to our room then next check in. Very convenient.

tried to adjust to 29degree heating but it was still just cool, neither warm or cold for me who likes warmness, but for my husband it was warm already that he slept without needing blanket.

The location of this hotel is super convenient. If you're arriving by JR from New Chitose Airport, you don't even need to step outside the station; there's an indoor link from JR to the hotel. Just look out for Chitose Plaza and follow the signs to Chitose Station Hotel. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, the same level as the JR station. If you're driving, there's a car park just across the road, connected by an overhead bridge to the hotel lobby, so you won't have to push your luggage on the road. Additionally, there's a large AEON Mall diagonally opposite the hotel. Inside the mall, you'll find restaurants, including McDonald's, and a variety of shops. If you forgot any winter clothing, you can buy it at the AEON Mall, which has nearly everything you might need. Just remember that the duty-free counter closes at 8 pm. The hotel itself is spacious; our room comfortably fit 2 adults, 3 kids, and 5 pieces of luggage. Breakfast was simple and nice.

Free breakfast is a plus point although just a basic breakfast provided. The location of the hotel is good as it is just next to train station. Those with car rental can park the car at opposite car park building and it is free. It is just 15 minutes away from airport or rental car return.

First timer might not be able to find the hotel lift or hotel lobby entrance. Should have a clearer hotel sign as the lobby is at 1F of the station plaza.

-rooms were tiny, but fine just to sleep in if exploring Sapporo -pillows were strangely filled with foam beans (like a bean bag) & bed too hard for my personal taste

Excellent location as next to JR station and 2 stops from CTS. Buffet breakfast was incredible with wide selection. Imagine serving scallops for breakfast! AEON shopping mall is across the road

Room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy and the temperature cannot be managed in-room. Instructions to reach the hotel can be better. We took more than 15 mins to locate it after coming out of train station without realising that it is actually located in the shopping mall on 2nd floor.

I like everything about this hotel. From great variety of healthy breakfast, hotel locations, good service, facilities and wide family room not too tight/restricted. Most especially a good value for money.

This hotel is very close to the New Chitose airport just 2 entrains stops away. However, it takes 40-45 minutes to JR Sapporo station. The aircon was not working at full capacity during our stay.

I like it as it is very close to the Chitose mrt station as well as 7-11 just beside it, if you want to get anything to eat, you can just go down at night to get it.

We can't find the hotel when we arrived, no signage or even logo that we can find, we followed the Google maps and got lost outside as we do not know that the hotel is inside ano building😅 we went to ask people in order to get to our hotel

The room is a good size by japanese standards. Layout of the bath tub (square shape for 1 person) and shower is good. Complimentary amenities and coffee available at the lobby. Breakfast is very simple but good enough at the price point. Complimentary parking is available at the multi storey carpark next to the hotel and it is connected by a walkway.

Instructions to the car park could be made clear ahesd of check in date. We had difficulties locating it and we realised many guests must have the same issue because the security office of the complex had a ready made sheet of paper with the instructions when we approached them 😅 The room is very dated - that's my only gripe about it.

The hotel is just beside the train station connected by bridge, which makes for easy travelling with a luggage in tow. The hotel was accomodating as it allows us to store our luggage with them for 3 days while we flew to Abashiri. Gone back to stay another night at the end of our trip.

For the price, there is nothing much we can nick pick about

Decently sized rooms. Best double-bed we had in our stay in Japan. Good-sized bathroom and toilet, although the toilet is not isolated enough from the room. We were staying at the 8th floor so it was very quiet when the window was closed. Wifi-connection was good, although I had to reconnect from the breakfast area. As for breakfast it is geared to Japanese people, very little to chose from if you are looking for a more westernized lighter breakfast. The area offers a lot of restaurant options nearby and Aeon offers some basic shopping options. And it should have been better announced that there is even direct access to the train station indoors!
