The location of this hotel is super convenient. If you're arriving by JR from New Chitose Airport, you don't even need to step outside the station; there's an indoor link from JR to the hotel. Just look out for Chitose Plaza and follow the signs to Chitose Station Hotel. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, the same level as the JR station. If you're driving, there's a car park just across the road, connected by an overhead bridge to the hotel lobby, so you won't have to push your luggage on the road. Additionally, there's a large AEON Mall diagonally opposite the hotel. Inside the mall, you'll find restaurants, including McDonald's, and a variety of shops. If you forgot any winter clothing, you can buy it at the AEON Mall, which has nearly everything you might need. Just remember that the duty-free counter closes at 8 pm. The hotel itself is spacious; our room comfortably fit 2 adults, 3 kids, and 5 pieces of luggage. Breakfast was simple and nice.

Free breakfast is a plus point although just a basic breakfast provided. The location of the hotel is good as it is just next to train station. Those with car rental can park the car at opposite car park building and it is free. It is just 15 minutes away from airport or rental car return.

First timer might not be able to find the hotel lift or hotel lobby entrance. Should have a clearer hotel sign as the lobby is at 1F of the station plaza.

-rooms were tiny, but fine just to sleep in if exploring Sapporo -pillows were strangely filled with foam beans (like a bean bag) & bed too hard for my personal taste

Excellent location as next to JR station and 2 stops from CTS. Buffet breakfast was incredible with wide selection. Imagine serving scallops for breakfast! AEON shopping mall is across the road

Room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy and the temperature cannot be managed in-room. Instructions to reach the hotel can be better. We took more than 15 mins to locate it after coming out of train station without realising that it is actually located in the shopping mall on 2nd floor.

The room is a good size by japanese standards. Layout of the bath tub (square shape for 1 person) and shower is good. Complimentary amenities and coffee available at the lobby. Breakfast is very simple but good enough at the price point. Complimentary parking is available at the multi storey carpark next to the hotel and it is connected by a walkway.

Instructions to the car park could be made clear ahesd of check in date. We had difficulties locating it and we realised many guests must have the same issue because the security office of the complex had a ready made sheet of paper with the instructions when we approached them 😅 The room is very dated - that's my only gripe about it.

I like it as it is very close to the Chitose mrt station as well as 7-11 just beside it, if you want to get anything to eat, you can just go down at night to get it.

We can't find the hotel when we arrived, no signage or even logo that we can find, we followed the Google maps and got lost outside as we do not know that the hotel is inside ano building😅 we went to ask people in order to get to our hotel

Decently sized rooms. Best double-bed we had in our stay in Japan. Good-sized bathroom and toilet, although the toilet is not isolated enough from the room. We were staying at the 8th floor so it was very quiet when the window was closed. Wifi-connection was good, although I had to reconnect from the breakfast area. As for breakfast it is geared to Japanese people, very little to chose from if you are looking for a more westernized lighter breakfast. The area offers a lot of restaurant options nearby and Aeon offers some basic shopping options. And it should have been better announced that there is even direct access to the train station indoors!

When we exited JR Chitose Station at level 2, clear signs directed us to the hotel connected to JR station. It is very convenient to get to the hotel especially when the weather is bad. The hotel is 2 train stations away from the New Chitose Airport station and it only takes 13mins train ride to reach the airport. Free breakfast was mainly Japanese style and I liked to eat meat and vegetables with hot rice porridge, A type of sweet wine made with Hokkaido rice was very nice and I only had it in this hotel. Although there is no onsen on site, there is a bathtub in each room which serves as private onsen. The reception people at the front desk were all very nice to us, one senior man stood out as most welcoming and accommodating.

Location is great. We booked for overnight for our next day flight from Chitose and it was really a pleasant experience. Breakfast is excellent because of the variety of food to choose from. Going to the airport is just a few minutes away or just 2 stops away. There is a mall/ grocery near the hotel so if you need something or last minute shopping, you don't have to worry and also there's a lot of restaurants nearby.

the location is superb but at night since it is so close to the train station, the passing trains will wake you up if your a light sleeper. we also had a hard time finding the entrance of the hotel because we walked at the back of the station but it's just us maybe some will find it easy to locate.

Breakfast was amazing, staff is wonderful and the amenities are great. In our room we had brushes, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste and wash cloths. The view isn't anything to write home about, but the convenience of the train station is very helpful. We already plan on rebooking this place when we leave Japan.

Bed is very firm, but we managed.
