The location was perfect, close to the station easy to arrive and to depart for the next destination. The spa area is nice especially that you can directly access it by going into the elevator and arriving right at the spot.

I really love the 80s style, just not the smoking style the 80s left on the building. The walls are yellow etc. you can even still smell it. It is not a deal breaker, but it is something that could be improved. I get the feeling that the 2 person rooms are the same as the single person rooms, the result is being a couple the bed was on the small side. We are not really tall, fat or big so we could fit in fine but it could use 10 cm extra of bed space.

Room space is on point toilet are exceptionally clean and functional. Rooms and toiletries are being replenish and cleaned daily which is a plus point. Breakfast has a lot of selection and bonus of SPA which is best to relax after tiring day tours.

It was all ok but it would have been better if the hotel can provide adequate pillow and hoping a better soft and comfortable quality. Breakfast hoping it changes daily coz noticeable for long stay guest if same food every single day.

- Comfy bed - Toilet is extraordinary clean. - Short distance from hakata station and 7-11 - one last thing that is not relate to hotel facilities. The cleaning lady on the 22th of November 2023 15.00 is so great. Although she didn't speak english but she tried so hard to help me with room light. The way she work is positive and energizing. She made my day.

Traditional hotel (it has an onsen and traditional japanese breakfast) with good conditions. It has a nice, tasty japanese breakfast, clean room (just a little small for european standards) and very attentive staff. The onsen is also a big plus for a local experience. Good location.

The room is a little bit small comparing with european standards, but clean and with all that you need.

Location was great, and the staff were really nice. Also we could leave our luggage there after checkout for free for the rest of the day, which made it wasy easier to go around the city. The room was very clean and they were cleaning every day :D

The bed was quite hard which made sleeping somehow.uncomfortable. Also, as a minor thing, the shower was connected to the sink, but this didn't affect us much.

The room is spacious with three single beds. It is about 10 mins walk from the Hakata train station and not too far from the airport. The breakfast is very sumptuous and have a wide variety of foods to meet all age group. The room is clean and equip with a 2 in 1 Humidifier and air purifier. Giving the peace of minds and a good rest. There is also two onsen rooms for a quick dip.

8 minutes away from Hakata Station, 12 minutes away to Canal City and Nakasu area (yatai area during the evening), two 7/11s across the street. Excellent front desk personnel. Very accommodating with everything. We were originally put in the Annex Wing. Room was the smallest room on our trip. Even the hallways and elevator in the Annex area was so small. Our room had obscured windows. I had anc anxiety attack. This was our 7th hotel during this trip. I asked for a bigger room and I would be more than happy to pay. Mr. Sato at the front desk gave us another room facing the street with two clear windows. I was not charged for the new room. He totally understood my situation and accommodated us.

The room felt very spacious and there was even a wardrobe, which we found out is not usual in Japan. It's located well for travelling, ~10 min from hakata (if you're waling without a luggage), just with a lots of pedestrian crossings and it can get a bit busy during rush hours. Just next to the hotel there are 2 7-elevens and there is really lots of convenience stores between the hotel and Hakata station. Lots of restaurants and food stalls were in walking distance, which was great for our usecase of 1day travels around Kyushu. The water bottles in the room were restocked daily. The public bath for hotel guests was a very pleasant addition. Printer was available for free. Yukatas provided in the room were very comfortable.

Using the printer was a bit tricky, because the PC was in Japanese and it was out of color ink, so you had to use black/white printing and translate the error messages. Only some staff spoke English, so we had to use translator app sometimes. The bathroom is really small, so you need to be careful not to hit things (but there is alternative of a public bath if you want something more spacious and don't mind other people). Sometimes we heard the noises from the street, but it was quite managable and usually that's payoff for being close to the train station.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Onsen was good. The room was clean, the bed was good. Toilet also good. Nothing I didn't like. Good location too. Not far from Hakata station and has many convenient stores you can walk to.

The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The room was small but comfortable and quiet. There was only one pillow on the bed. I asked for a second pillow and it was brought to my room very quickly indeed. I didn't have time to avail myself of the spa, unfortunately.

The hotel was located about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Hakata station. Although it was easy to find, it was difficult to drag my two suitcases along the sidewalk. If you have just one spinner suitcase, it should be easy to make your way to the hotel. If your suitcase is medium size or larger, it might be a bit of a struggle, especially in the rain.
