An excellent harbour view resort in Japan worth of what we paid, staffs were very helpful and friendly, even though it is not stylish but it's really my cup of tea in staying at this comfy Japanese resort. We stayed here for 2 nights with enjoyable moments and shopping experience cos' shopping outlets is just at next door. Breakfast was our another talking point, we very appreciate the in-room breakfast service, of course the taste & varieties were so so good in both Japanese & western styles. The hotel is in a nice area but a bit away from the central city there is buses to the subway or al the way in to town but i takes about 45 min. The view from the rooms are amazing and the rooms are large and have a lovely balcony.

If you stay as long as we did you get a bit tired of the breakfast due to that its the same every day (due to that it´s served at the rooms and not a buffé)

Bright rooms with ocean view. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive. Breakfast (choice between Western and Japanese style) was served to one's room at one's time of choice, which I found quite convenient. The hotel is situated next to a shopping and outlet mall with restaurants and a food court, and there are direct bus connections to Tenjin and Hakata.

WiFi was pretty slow at times. For guests who want to focus on sightseeing and nightlife, the hotel may be a bit remote.

The location is very good for being on a sailing port, meaning many all or most of the rooms overlook a sailing ships port. You also have a mall next door with Japanese BBQ, sushi, and ramen restaurants as well as even Italian style places. Village Vanguard is a very good shop to visit with kids too.

The breakfast in-room and evening dining was delivered promptly but you'd be better off dining out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a functional sitting area. The breakfast Japanese or Western is the best and is served in your room. For us the location a 15-20 min walk from the ferry and the train station is perfect for visiting family.

Nice sea view and large balcony in the hotel room. There is a nice pancake during tea time, the taste is good. Appreciate the hotel provided free smoothie at night time during the hot summer. Close to the outlet but far from the city.

Price is a bit expensive as no swimming pool /public bathing and not including breakfast.

- Staff were professional and courteous - Right by outlets and restaurants - Spa services available, but book early since facilities are small and fill up - Room was spacious and ability to have morning coffee on the balcony facing the port was lovely - Separate bath/shower and toilet (with sink) rooms

- Bit far from everything else, including subway station - Had to leave key with front desk for cleaning service

This is the only hotel throughout our entire trip that was very flexible to let us check in earlier than 3pm. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room is big and nice with good view . Full of parking lots and very convenient for us to get around. 20 min for us to get to airport. Will definitely stay with them if we visit Fukuoka again.

Nothing at all

It was beyond my expectation. All of staff was really nice and kind, the room was pretty and clean. well prepared. The location is a little bit far from Hakata St, and Tenjin. so if you plans for that area, you might not want to stay here. but still I recommend staying here, at least 1 night.

I was extremely impressed with the way we were treated by the staff. As soon as we arrived they pulled out my chair and got me a beverage at checkin. We speak English and extremely limited Japanese, and they were able to have someone assist us. The manners alone would be the reason I would come back.

The only thing I would say is the loft room is not easy to move around in, as the ceiling is extremely low.
