The carpark was convenient. The reception lobby was lovely, and the staff were kind. The hotel was clean. The room was also clean, good size for just two people. Shower was great! Some amenities provided and toilet was a good standard. The mirrors were useful and the TV had the wifi on it, very cool. Had a good 6th story view too. Air conditioner was helpful for the summer heat. Was relatively close to the highway and food places. The room design was cool, I thought.

My friend has a weak back and the bed was not comfortable for them. The bathroom door had a gap underneath so it didn't feel very private especially when I had to poo. I would also like that they provide new towels or sheets outside our door next time.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and free. Bed quilt was very comfortable. TV is mounted on wall at the end of the bed so it's easy to watch while in bed. Plenty of wall plugs. Vending machines and laundry facilities are available in the hotel. Quiet area but within walking distance of transport, restaurants and convenience stores.

The rooms were quite small, with the large bed taking up half of the room, although they have used the space efficiently. The decor felt a little dated/tired although it was OK for the price. There is no bench space in the bathroom.

The hotel is a great value for money with all the necessary facilities and equipment for both a short and longer stay. The room was fairly small, but comfortable, with enough space to work if you are traveling on the go.

We appreciated the free parking, even with the few minute walk from the main lobby. Room service staff provided almost any toiletry/hygiene product you could need on a daily basis, including bottled water and robes. The room also had a mini fridge, which was very convenient for storing our quick breakfast items and restaurant leftovers. Facility was extremely clean and centrally located to most activities in town. The ¥500 dinner and ¥1000 breakfast buffet is a great offering they provide. We don't always see that as an option at hotels with such a great value.

The bathtub was not fully attached to the floor, so it would rock or slant off to one side if putting too much weight on it. Not too big of a deal, just something we had to be careful with.

The hotel was nice. staff were very kind. It was close to a shopping street and small restaurants.

Hachinohe has some interesting sites to see but they were nowhere near the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet and nice room. 5 min walking from restaurants and shops.

The mattress was very, very soft. Unfortunately not my taste.

Close to the main street for nightlife and a direct bus to the Sunday Market stops directly outside.

The super friendly and helpful front office.

The bed was overly soft. Location was a distance away from the train station.

Beds were extremely comfy!
