It’s very central. The room was very clean, the staff helpful. There is free coffee, water and smoothie.

They start vacuuming the hallway at 07.45am and this goes on and off until 09.00am. At 09.00am something like a drilling sound starts. It is impossible to sleep after 07.45am with all the noise as sound isolation doesn’t really exist.

The location is convenient and the food was delicious

The staff should know better the place , it was very difficult to get information from them. At least one of the ladies was very helpful. Also the first day they have some Okinawa cookies and they didn't put more again, and I wanted to buy that product but the staff cannot provide information about the name/brand or any other info of the cookies.

The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. I slept really good both nights.

I didn’t like the check in on the machine. What’s the point if anyway after you’re done on the machine you will have to finish the check in process at the front desk ? Would be better to just make regular check in at the front. Would be more friendly and probably faster.

Excellent location within walking distance of great shops and restaurants in downtown Ishigaki. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was delicious! They also provided new towels everyday, and there was a place onsite to do laundry.

The room was a little small and wifi only works in your specific room and reception area.

Breakfast was great with so much variety. They also had welcome drinks which were well appreciated. Location was exceptional to reach out to nearby restaurants and ferry terminal.

Whenever we come back to the room, there was a slight humid smell so ventilation might have some challenges.

What an excellent breakfast! We were so nicely surprised by the breakfast- variety, taste, quality and presentation were excellent for the cost. The hotel is in a good central location and ideal for a short stay, as we were passing through to the islands.

All was good, just the room size is small for big luggage or long stays - but given the price it was excellent value.

The breakfast was good. And the location is just next to the bus terminal and the ishigaki port. That is a good choice for going to another island in the early morning if needed.

The smell in the room is bad. We have to turn on the air-con to make the smell lighter.

The balcony was not set up properly—there was no table or chair, which would have made it more functional and enjoyable. In the room was a little bit o humidity.

it’s very very central. 5 mins walk to the ferry to the other islands and lots of bars, restaurants and shopping just at the foot step. the hotel is very clean and staff is great. free coffee and drinks whole day is good.

I liked everything. it’s just rooms are a lil small. a tiny cupboard and the rack to dry clothes on balcony would be nice. but this did not bother us.

Convenient as in the middle of the city, close to all restaurants, bars and shops which was what we needed for one night. Clean with a good breakfast (if you like a salty one).

The room was rather small. For one night it was ok but for more I wouldn’t chose it. There was a window in the room where light came in in the morning; we didn’t see any blinds.
