- The bed was extremely comfortable - Close proximity to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores - The pleasant reception staff communicates well in English - Amenities were replenished generously on a daily basis

- Flickering light bulb, possibly due for replacement - Cleanliness could be improved. The bathtub had scattered hair strands. The area where there is a table by the window triggered my dust allergy.

1. Location was very convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Shin-Yokohama Station. 2. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to communicate with them in both English and Japanese. They even accommodated our request to have an Amazon package delivered to the front desk. 3. We booked a room with 3 beds and it wasn't crowded at all. Also, we had everything we needed in the rooms.

1. They didn't have complimentary water bottles.

The room I stayed in was very clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is super close to the Shin-Yokohama station, the neighbourhood is very calm and clean, and there are several kombinis and restaurants near the hotel. I loved it :) I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really

Unlike many hotels in metro area in japan, this hotels lobby is on the first floor, which gave us so much ease to leave our luggage before checking in. It is really close to the station (shin Yokohama - Shinkansen station before reaching Shinagawa) as well as Yokohama Blue line.

Nothing. It’s a busy hotel so try to book in advance. Family room - with the three beds - get booked quickly

The location is brilliant as it is so close to the station and right next to two convenience stores. The room was larger than others we've been to in japan and the beds were very comfy. The bath was big enough to have a proper bath in and there was no noise from outside.

The washer dryers weren't great and didn't properly dry our clothes.

The proximity to Shin-Yokohama station was a good option. Being a BW Hotels Reward member, I got a better room for the same price. With a JR pass, I was able to take the Shinkansen to Tokyo station (15 minutes). The staff was very helpful in all enquiries.

I could not have breakfast because the restaurant was closed. There are several convenience stores near the hotel where I could buy my breakfast.

The twin room is big. You can manage to open a large size luggage fully on the ground. There is a long and wide table for you to use, which adds lots of value to the stay. There are many sockets for you to use, which is superb!

The location is not very close to the Shin Yokohama station. You need to walk for a bit to reach that.

I ran out of time to have Japan Rail FedEx my Japan Rail passes so I had to send them to a Japanese address and I chose the hotel aft asking them. Without asking they communicated with me several times and also when they arrived. Service above and beyond what I expected… thank you. and the location couldn’t have been better.

Location is awesome, perfect for a quick stopover or a late arrival with Shinkansen. Staff was friendly, it is clean...

At least the room we had was pretty small, so it could be wise to pay a bit more. Also, we got called at night both by phone and knocking at the door (to be fair we had asked a question by email, however it wasn't urgent...)

Two big comfortable single beds. Close to Shin Yokohama station. Laundry facilities for 300 yen a wash. At 5000 yen a night for me and my 5-year-old daughter a night excellent value.

It was a bit far from Yokohama station where there was more to do. There was just the ramen museum and a few shops and restaurants in Shin Yokohama station.
