It was clean and the room was comfy and quiet. It’s well situated in the Chinatown area. I don’t understand why people say in the comments it’s not so good. I’m used to travel and it was perfectly ok to stay there. It was safe and convenient.
I did a mistake when I booked and took a smoking room. I tried to contact the hotel by email but I never received an answer. I had to go through Booking to get a reply from the hotel, telling me they were ok to change it for a non smoking room but I had to pay a supplement for that. I was surprised that they ask for more money to just do a change between smoking and non smoking??!

The location and value for money. It was all we were looking for like free wifi, and a clean bathroom.
Just explained how to use the card to get into the room. Maybe explain the fact you need to press the button first then put the card there to open the door.

I dont know why the bad ratings because is actually a good hotel, good location in Chinatown, clean and comfortable. There's a microwave and fridge in the room and that's so cool.

Comfortable and inexpensive. Excellent location downtown Chinatown. Would stay again for solo trips or budget travelers. Clean and quiet. Absolutely no complaints.

It’s right in the centre of China Town with easy access to the station. You get to enjoy the area and come back to the hotel to relax.
The room was a bit small for a single room but given it’s in china town, and everything is within walking distance, it’s not a big problem.

Great location. One elderly gentleman behind the front desk was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable.
The breakfast did not have variety for my expectations.

front desk staff is very nice
housekeeping crew was very loud ( shouting on the phone in the hallway or making a lot noise when handling objects)
