Room is fairly large compared with other business hotels I've been to. It is also a short walk from keikyu/JR kawasaki stations. Lots of shopping and restaurant options around the area. Good place to take a rest before your next flight as it is around 20 min from the airport via express train.

The breakfast was great, really enjoyed the soup. Was about a 6min walk to subway & train station so that was a real bonus. Staff were very helpful, had to use our translators but we got there

Nothing really that I didn't like

The location is great, few minutes walk to the train station, which is 20 mins to Tokyo station, <15 mins to Yokohama and <15 mins to Haneda airport. This makes the hotel a strategic location for those who don't want to stay in a tiny and expensive hotel in Tokyo. The room size is quite good for center of Japanese cities standard, and especially for Tokyo, for a relatively affordable price

We booked 4 rooms of the same type (standard twin room), but the room facing main street is better (more spacious) than the one facing the rear street, mainly because of the design.

Everything is perfect! From the beginning until the end! They are the Rockstar of customer service! Easy, convenient and better price compare to Tokyo hotels. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. They provide a very comfortable PJ’s which I enjoyed wearing every night. The location of this hotel is an easy subway ride to and from HENADA airport. Perfect for travelers that is looking for a great accommodation at a reasonable price. Let me say that they have everything you can possibly think of plus more. The ones you will not even consider for your trip like a bath salt and a face mask while you are enjoying your bath, just a beautiful touch! Thank you so much! Thank you to everybody. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and able to understand english. the room was also more spacious than the outlets in tokyo city which is good for my 2 week stay. the location is very convenient to commute to tokyo station / shimbashi / yokohama for work (direct train no need transfer) quite some restaurant choices nearby. the two (or three?) shopping malls near train station also got everything i need for souvenir haha

the wifi was not stable in the room. many times i was not able to connect on my phone. hope can improve!

The facilities and service were epic! There is happy hour from 5-8pm everyday, where you can enjoy a free soft drink/beer/wine with some Japanese snacks. Afterwards, there is a spa you can visit. It's also walking distance to several shopping malls, main bus station, and the train station. There was an error when we checked out, but the staff team that helped us was amazing. Thanks to them, we could put the incident behind us really quickly and not suffer from having any bad memories due to this mistake.

Some places were apparently not cleaned at all. The hotel took the feedback seriously and quickly tend to the problem.

Good value for money, small but pleasant room, located within very convenient walking distance to a number of places to shop and have fun (which I absolutely made the most of even during my brief stay here), located near enough to the airport via the Keikyu Line, checking in and out was very easy.

Pasting the address into Google Maps gave a completely different location to the one given on the Booking.com app, staff were immensely friendly, but seemed to get a bit too unnecessarily involved with the automatic check-in process.

This hotel is only a few minutes away by foot from the nearest train station. The room was clean and had amenities on the bottom floor for guests to grab. There is a connected cafe that provides delicious breakfast.

The water plug for the bath had a hair on it when we arrived. The bath had a coat hanger with mold on it. Soft pillows are available but stowed away in the closet for some reason. The view was not particularly impressive.

Very kind and friendly stuff. And very close to the Kawasaki station. Room was super clean and comfortable. I stay there due to my business trip. But, on the weekends I travel around a bit. They kindly keep my big luggage. That was super helpful!

There were only 4 washing machines. They were often occupied. I had to wait till they finish. That was the only problem I had there.

Great Location, especially if you are flying in or out of Haneda airport - 5min walk from hotel to station, and 15-20 train ride to the airport. Very central in a large city, with tons of places to do your shopping, lots of restaurants within walking distance, the per night price is much cheaper than trying to stay in Tokyo, although Tokyo is just a 15min train ride away.  The hotel seems relatively new, the room was extremely clean, with a spacious bath, and free amenities. Loved their pajamas which came with seperate top and bottom (most hotels in Japan just give you a one-piece gown). I didn't use the washing machine, but there was also a interesting system where you can see if the machines are free from the TV system so you don't have to constantly go check,

The check-in had to be done via a machine, which was a bit tedious, but I guess this way there are no language issues.
