Location was great and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable for me, and the staff was very nice. We had some issues finding the way to park our car before checking in because we didn't know for sure that we were supposed to park at the adjacent parking garage before talking to the hotel front staff (but maybe I didn't read the find print). 1000 yen for parking per day felt reasonable, though we have stayed many hotels that had a free parking, so it felt a little meh, but most hotels around the Kochi city metro didn't have any parking, so it was nice to have the parking garage right next to the hotel.

Excellent location just to the right of Kochi Station, and an easy walk into the main shopping area. An above average business hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast was a choice of 7 different "sets", one of them western. Since seared bonito is a specialty of the region, I had the seared bonito set both mornings, it was excellent.

It would have been nice to have an onsen in the hotel, but really nothing to complain about in the hotel.

the overall cleanliness of the hotel needed to be improved. There was a layer of dust covering the upper part wall of the elevator. Every time I took the elevator, I felt very uncomfortable.

Excellent location,especially for catching the brilliant My Yu bus to the botanical garden,temple and coast.

Liked everything but didn't have breakfast as didn't think it was good value. ( I previously mistakenly reviewed our hotel in Tokushima for this one. It was not booked through Booking.com)

The room is nice and clean with the variety of the pillows you can choose.

The hotel is close to the JR station so you can hear the noise from time to time. They don't provide the water bottle in the hotel.

I often stay at this hotel when I visit Kochi City. I stay here because of the location and comfort. This stay however was not as great as usual. There were guests a few rooms down who were very loud late into the night. I called down to the service desk to ask for assistance, and they were quick to solve the problem. This is still the hotel I will choose every time I come to the city.

The walls are thin in this hotel. It's important that guests keep quiet late into the evenings. However, staff are very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel last minute on my way back late at night from Osaka. I actually live in town and wanted a place just to stay the evening before going back home the next day. I was blown away by the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. I ended up booking a second nights stay the day after! Because I am a local, I was able to show my vaccine passport and was given the equivalent of 40$ in coupons to spend at stores in town. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. I've already recommended this hotel to all my local friends. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

Everything was exceptional. Truly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Although, I was not happy about having to pay for parking. That being said, this is a city hotel so it is expected that cars will need to pay for parking. The coupons I was given also balanced the cost at least in my mind.

Brand new hotel with clean and classy infrastructure. The location is great as well, just next to the station with parking attached if you're using a car. I particularly liked that the room has a humidifier + air purifier as well, which makes the room very comfortable to sleep in.

The entrance to the parking area has a really bad smell due to stale air. They should fix this, there are many creative ways to do so. The breakfast included with the hotel room was not great - all processed food with clearly low quality ingredients used. There's no latte or milk available, and the plates we have to carry weight A LOT! This is coming from a guy who is usually not weak at carrying heavy plates (lol). I definitely recommend NOT to eat breakfast here if possible.
