- They have free snacks in the morning (yoghurt) and evening (ice cream). They also have free dinners during certain times. - They have a 'chill out' room with lots of manga that you can read there, or take up to your room. (All in Japanese, as far as I saw). - The hot springs were really nice. They had a lie-down bath with lemons floating in it, and outside baths too. Although the TVs being on in the hot spring area kind of detracted from the mood. They had a dry sauna too. - They gave you two keys upon check-in, which is nice if you were staying with another person. - Close to the station (but not as close as Roynet). - Staff were friendly enough. - The bed and pillows were comfier than some other hotels I've stayed at in Koriyama (Roynet). - The pyjamas were so comfy!!!!!!!! - The room was small, but had basic amenities.

- The bath area was plastered with loads and loads of signs saying that tattoos weren't welcome ("No tattoos or drunks"). I had a feeling this wouldn't be a tattoo-friendly lodging, but it would be much appreciated for them to make this obvious on the Booking.com page. I still bathed, but felt stressed out, incase someone came up and forced me to get out of the public bath. (I marked them down for comfort just because of this). My local friends told me this is because the area has lots of yakuza, and the baths are open to the public between certain hours. - Also, I didn't use the bath / shower in my room, so I can't say anything about that. - The TV was tiny (slightly bigger than a laptop screen)

I liked the location and the fact that there is an Onsen in the hotel. And the breakfast was really good.

5 minutes walk from the train station. Staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed the massage chair included in the tatami room. And the staffs are very accomodating. We only have remaining 10mins but they still allow us use the hot spring extending it to 9:05. We forgot the time so were very lucky to go back to soak in the morning. To wrap it up, we have a relaxing and just chillin experience to welcome new year 2021.

No parking. But thats okay, we enjoy strolling around the vicinity and the road covered in snow view from our room is amazing.

The public bath and sauna were great. There's even a tv in the outside bath. Overall, it was pretty chilling here. The room was compact and convenient, but a little small for 2 people since there's not enough space for luggage. Got to use Go To campaign so the price was surprisingly cheap.

It was an awesome experience. Loved the room, cozy and comfortable. Onsen was awesome. Luggage handling was easy. Totally recommend

A little far away from the station

The location was quite close, maybe 5 minutes, but it's almost entirely connected to the station by a long walkway. The hotel was very nice! Clean and modern. Breakfast was great for 1500 yen. It was a 'half-viking' (half-buffet), so you chose your base meal, and then all the other options were covered or made to order. The onsen was very large and nice.
