Everything. Misato is a nice area with a station across the road to get to anywhere in Tokyo. The local Lawson was the best conbini! The staff at Toyoko inn were amazing, helpful and accomodating. I really loved how we were greeted every time we returned and seen off every time we left for the day. The facilities were spotless, the lobby had free toiletries and happy hour from 4-9pm free beer. We took advantage of the coin wash since we were there for a long time. The breakfast was so yummy and balanced, our favourite part was when the group of women who cooked our breakfast would come and greet us at 9am on the dot. Very good value for money. Although bit far away from city centre but totally acceptable (30 mins JR). But very close to Misato-chuo station. The space was acceptable, everything clean and tidy. Nice park (and restaurants) nearby, the view, the vibes, are very good. Very convenience location though. The front staff were helpful (even changing the room).

The breakfast choice were bit too limited and not really attractive. But the servers were very cute (Ojii-san). Very early check out time at 10am...

I like the neighborhood, peaceful and quiet and about 500m away from the train station and grocery store. I love that there is a nearby park and river.

Since this is outside Tokyo Ward, booking a luggage within 24hours is out of coverage, that I had to make sure that I have to book the delivery luggage more than 24hours before going to the airport

Near the cherry blossom Park during the season and very convenient on near train station. Mostly the room of the hotel is super clean and has a great smell. I enjoy our stay during vacation. We will come again for next year's vacation

Very ideal for a quiet getaway and very close to all the amenities you need. Could not park my campervan in their sheltered carpark, but they have open space carparks around which charge a flat rate of 500yen per night. Check-in was via a kiosk which had English instructions. Room size was decent and breakfast was provided as well! It is also in a very dog friendly town, where many people own dogs.

Breakfast was very nice. Hotel is very clean and modern and has wonderful view from the window of the room.

It's not so close to the centre (around an hour commuting) but it's so close to the train station, almost outside. It's worth the trip from the centre because of the good price of the room.

This is probably the best Japanese business hotel I have used in many years. The room is pretty standard, as most are, but everything else is exceptional. A beautiful view, incredibly friendly and kind staff, a quiet location that still has many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and a minute's walk from Misatochou station. Then the lovely breakfast buffet every morning and the incredible cleanliness! If you want a simple hotel experience where everything is done well and with a good atmosphere, this hotel is brilliant.

There isn't anything I didn't like, but if I was to think of potential issues for others, maybe note that the train line (Tsukuba Express) is a little more pricey than the JR. However, the hotel is great value, so it all evens out.

Clean, staff was very helpful and polite, room was relatively spatious (when compared to other hotels in japan, but still very small when compared to western hotels). The included breakfast was very good and varied. Still in the beginning of our trip, but Toyoko inn are our favorite chain of hotels in Japan.

Location is good, neart train station (misatochuo), there are nice cafe and niodori park nearby. The room is good, enough space for 2 people. No cleaning room if you are not member but they provide new towels everyday. Free breakfast is nice, staffs are helpful.

The hotel was nice and close to a train station and a park full of cherries in blossom which was beautiful.

The breakfast was included but it was for good for asian people not for westerners. We really had a hard time trying to it vegetarian.
