The best part is the room has plenty of hanger space in the hallway and room to put your wet ski gear outside the room. Bring a wire bike lock though if you want to protect your gear though as it is just sitting in the hallway. The hotel provides trash pickup everyday and has fresh towels you can grab anytime you want. They do clean the room if you ask for it with a little magnetic sign you put on your door. Yeah the shower and bathroom is tiny, but nice. The location can't be beat and has tons of great little restaurants around and it's only like a 12 min drive to Niseko and 40 min to Rusutsu for skiing. Lastly, the parking was not an issue. They have room for two cars to park right in front for loading and unloading people and gear and then the parking lot is really only a 2 or 3 min walk away. Really not an issue. Although it is technically an un-maned hotel, when we arrived there was a guy working there in the "lobby" and he was able to answer our questions and we saw him a few times shoveling snow at the entrance. Overall very easy experience and I would recommend it for the price. Also, it is VERY quiet, we never heard any of our neighbors which is super nice. Beds are also pretty comfy.

This place is hilariously tiny but it really works and is a great price in a great location. We stayed here for 7 nights and before we traveled we were a bit nervous as it looked small online and it was an unmanned hotel AND the parking is off site. When we first arrived my girl and I had a good laugh at how small this place was. We booked last minute and got a bunk-bed room which is not ideal for a couple but we made it work. The room is VERY functional and honestly well designed to make the most use out of such a small space.

It’s an unmanned hotel. The check in was very easy with the system. It’s about 5-10 mins walk from the Kutchan station, depending on the weather (longer walk with snow). Fairly easy to get to the bus stop in the morning and hit the slopes in the morning on the public bus. About 5 mins walk to lucky supermarket and COOP supermarket - quite convenient as long it’s not wee hours

The bathroom is really small though it’s a highly functional bathroom. Sound proof is relatively bad.

The queen room has a good amount of floor space to move about and be comfortable, and The location is good, and there’s parking. It’s not onsite but it’s perhaps a 3 minute walk. The room was well laid out, and the kitchen had what we needed.

The bathroom is perhaps a touch small. The space efficiency is respectable but the toilet, it’s too close to the door.

For room cleaning/updating there are three magnetic stickers. It’s not clear that you have to put out each one for each service. I put out one for cleaning my room expecting the bedding to have been changed, but that was a separate magnet…

Though it is an unman hotel, most of the necessities are handily provided. The hotel is overall very clean and it looks and feels modern and neat. It is located right next to Kutchan JR station and there are quite a few dining options near by, and also a supermarket.

The parking lot is quite far away, especially in stormy winter. I am alone staying in a twin bedroom for two, so I found it alright. But 2 persons will definitely need some creativities to move luggages around to fit in.

Accomodation was great. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated but the ability to move the ladder made it functional. The room was warm and cozy with new appliances. There was space in the hallway for snow gear (boots, skis, snowboard) which allowed for greater space in the room. Ameneties were great and access to the room is straightforward and easy.

there was no parking directly at the hotel, however, there were a number of stay resort carparks in walking distance from the hotel itself.

Simple automated check-in process, clean, warm rooms. Everything went smoothly.

Had to park off site. Wasn't far away though, few minutes walk. Would be nice to have a drying room for ski gear. The was a rack in the hallway but no way to prevent theft there. A cage with combination locks or something would solve it.

Great location in Kutchan near restaurants and supermarket. Close to station and bus stop for ski resort too.

Could do with pot and pan and cutlery for non-locals. Bathroom a little small. Shelving to put things on would be nice. There is only one table and no other storage so everything has to go on the floor.

Communication with management was flawless even though I arrived late. Location is very close to station but also with convenient stores, and even few bars in the vicinity. Very good value if you arrive late in Kutchan on the way to Niseko, and bed was good enough to have a decent sleep

Location was great. Check in and check out was seamless.

Super tiny room, beds were pretty hard, couldn’t properly sit on the toilet with the bathroom door closed, as it was pressing against the knees. Hidden corners around the bed were super dusty and full of hair. The price was a little bit unjustified I’d say.
