The breakfast is great; you get a variety of choices from rice and meatballs to milk with cereal. Water pressure was great. After breakfast hours, you can work at the cafeteria and enjoy unlimited coffee and tea. I appreciated the YouTube and Netflix options on the TV, which meant I could enjoy videos on a big screen without having to find an HDMI cord. Kanayama is a pretty convenient station but definitely not as big as Nagoya. The staff are very nice and you can self-checkin at a kiosk if you don’t speak Japanese.

It’s a little weird that they don’t provide bottled water in the room - but you can get water 24/7 (or from 6h30-24h?) at the cafeteria. Not the most spacious place (I barely found a place for my 28in suitcase) but decent for its price. Also, they only provide one, pretty hard and shallow pillow, which I liked but may be an issue for some.

Great location. Just a few steps to the main train station, close to Aeon, community mall with lots of restaurants and shops, car rental place. Breakfast, while nothing extraordinary, is good value too. Like the fact that there’s a cafe library that opens til 24.00 for guests to relax. Also, there’re lots of stuffs you can ask to borrow to make your stay more comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again if visit.

For the price, this was definitely value for money. Plus, it wasn't easy finding a hotel that has a triple sharing room with 3 single beds. The hotel room was spacious with ample space to store our luggage. This hotel was also surprisingly convenient! It was opposite the subway on the purple line that was leading to everywhere I wanted to go or major tourist attractions. No change or transfer of trains needed. There's also a very well stocked family mart downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is comfortable and relaxed. Close to the Kanayama station and close to restaurants. Great ergonomical pillows. Good breakfast logistics system. There is a FamilyMart on the ground floor. Loved it.

The breakfast. There were no regular plates. Not suitable for western customers. I was lucky to not hear the trains from my room. But I understand that it can bother you if you get a room closer to the train tracks.

Very good location just next to the train station. You have a lot of transport options from here, JR train, non-JR train, Bus etc and it's only one stop away from Nagoya station. Also one thing that is unique to this hotel is that, they have different colors of cups and toothbrush sets. So that when two people share the same room, you don't mix them up. This is quite an innovative and refreshing idea. I believe all hotels should do this. Great work.

Short walk from Kanayama Station, which has JR and Meitetsu lines (including to/from Centrair Airport). the station has nice restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast buffet with scheduling, but (see didn’t like section)

while the intention of the breakfast buffet scheduling, not sure if there was checks being made. I was on time for breakfast and was able to secure a seat. However, around 5 minutes after my arrival, suddenly there was a queue. Not sure if some people went in even if they were not scheduled yet. I only stayed for 1 night and only experienced their breakfast once so not sure if this happens everyday. This is more of a note really than a complaint.My schedule was 8:10

Most of the staffs not speaking English, you might need to wait for someone speaks English to help when you have problems. However, even they didn't speak English, most of them are very friendly & willing to help except one male staff was being rude when we were checking out.

great location, very close to Kanayama station with direct train to Chubu Airport, Family Mart in the building, many shops around Kanayama station, very clean room , modern and clean bathroom, nice library cafe open for 24 hours very comfortable for working or just sitting with good view with free tea and coffee

Reception desk is at 4th floor. From entrance floor, we need two different elevators to reach guest room floors.

Location, almost next to the train station and other facilities. Very clean with reasonable room size, comfy bed. Love that there’s a small desk where I can sit and read rather than having to do it on bed. Space management was great.

Breakfast time was so brief and there weren’t not much to choose from, at least during the time I was there.

this hotel is super close to the train station; just a short walk across the street. The staff was kind and the facilities were very clean.

The beds are pretty small for sharing. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We split one adult and one kid per bed and it was really tight. Also the pillows were really flat and lumpy.
